All faiths are relative in how they reach a state of being transcended from human form into the formless Spirit of God(dess) within all Life. Such an awareness will nourish all hearts and minds with a tranquility that surpasses the need for understanding why. It just is the Will of God. Be still and know this awareness of the Spirit of God(dess) within your being. And you to will find eternal life in abundance surrounding you constantly in both Divine and human form. 897) All those that fight against something will only enhance it through resistance. Instead of fighting to prevail victorious one needs to step back away from the ego of perceived separation. To understand that to truly overcome a need one must either support or heal the opposite that is causing the initial conflict. If such a conflict is a circumstance than it is easier to transcend by supporting the competing factors that diminish the perceived wrong. However if a person(s) are the ones that are causing the havoc. One needs to find a compromise to mitigate the distress. If the other group or person is belligerent than abandon them to their own nonsense. And, do your best to resolve a situation without their input or involvement in the matter in question. 898) Those that seek righteousness through the ego will only find hardship. But for those who seek unconditional love in a moderated fashion will find abundance in a myriad of outlets upon them. Being right is not always the best use of truth. When having to be right and thus making others wrong. Is a trick of the human ego in finding superiority, no matter if it is illusionary by disguise. Compassion is the root of all healing of any truthful or perceived wrongs. Since compassion is of love and love an extension of truth itself.
Being loving instead of being right all the time. Lends itself to peace, and an abundant peace without the need of logic nor reason. This is the core path of being a peace maker and by extension the essence of a benevolent diplomat. Games Industry Prediction: China Overtakes West In AAA MMO Games In 5-10 Yrs.
Hello All,
For some my prediction may not be one at all due to the plethora of MMO (Massively Multiplayer Online) game titles the Chinese are churning out each year. However in my opinion that's just an attempt to throw wet paper at the wall to see what sticks. From such a business strategy the Chinese will surely profit in 5 to 10 years time learning from the growing pains to follow. On how to: design, build, maintain, and hopefully prosper the MMO genre game market.
The past five to ten years the other Asian countries of Japan & South Korea will inadvertently open the door for the Chinese and Indian game developers. Allowing them to penetrate into the Western consumer pocketbooks. Notable success stories of Sony on the Japanese side if not other game companies such as Sega. Be it the video game console business or the MMO market with "Sony Online Entertainment". With South Korea's "NC Soft" in their line-up of MMO quality game titles.
Within the last five years or so Western game publishers have opened game studios be it in China or India respectively. Where the talent (labor) and costs of running a studio is cheap compared to the West. The quality of the staff is just as good if not superior in some respects. Consider the Chinese and Indian game studios are in the "training wheels period" learning what they can from their Western counter-parts. Expect all this to change within the next five years however as fledgling game developers start to launch in China & India.
One of the undercurrents I make such a prediction is the Chinese in particular will revolutionize group / population game dynamics and structures. The West has approached the player mentality of game design in a mindset of the rugged individualistic personal hero / heroine. The Chinese due to real factors of population densities in their country with a billion plus citizens. Will usher forth key group / niche game play for the masses in MMO game genre. The dynamics of such game design will be from the back end infrastructure down to how game play will effect groups of players in a structural form.
Already the Chinese game market has influenced the Western MMO market with the introduction of the F2P (Free to Play) business model. F2P in China was developed due to income restrictions and easy access to population density in the cities. The West's adoption hasn't been on the same grounds however as in the East. Here in North America it may have been because of the economic turmoil due to the "Great Recession". Although the transition has not been fully adopted offering a hold over voluntary game subscription business model. In order to garner access to better quality items and/or loot in game play. This is aside from the mirco-transaction item malls introduced as an e-commerce presence to the game in the F2P business model.

Cartoon Concept: "Ronald McDonald & Friends" Direct To DVD
Hello All,
Over the years many of us have had the pleasure of being fed by the McDonalds franchise locations for decades now. As a form of gratitude I'll like to give back with this concept to benefit the "McDonalds Corporation" and their charity "Ronald McDonald House".
(Side note: "Ronald McDonald House" promotes access to health care, dental, and health education to children. http://rmhc.org )
I remember back as I was growing up in the 1970's that McDonalds ran a series of commercial spots. With live actors dressed up as: Ronald McDonald, The Hamburglar, Grimace (the purple creature), Mayor McCheese, Birdie The Early Bird, etc...
Now picture an exclusive cartoon series based on these McDonald's mascots. As a direct to DVD bundle with they're "Happy Meals" for children. The price point of each DVD can be anywhere from $8.99 to $11.99 US aside from the cost of a "Happy Meal". Although the "Happy Meal" will include a toy figure from the cartoon series be it one of the popular mascots listed above or otherwise.
Every DVD can include from 4 to 6 episodes that last anywhere up to 15 minutes each. DVD's can also include extras such as historical information about the McDonald mascots. Or how the cartoon series was made with voice actor interviews, etc... Each episode will have a public service message perhaps following the pursuit of the "Ronald McDonald House". That offers access to health education for children that can include something from the famous "Ad Council" as a partnership. Or other public service messages that are applicable to children and their families.
Every episode will include "Ronald McDonald & Friends" in their mishaps and misadventures that children of all ages will enjoy. Many of the episodes can include healthy eating habits about the importance of nutritious meals. Where one of the McDonalds mascots eats a tasty salad instead of a typical burger sandwich. Other healthy messages in the cartoon episode itself is the importance of exercise for children.
Another item of importance is that every DVD sold a portion of the proceeds will benefit the "Ronald McDonald House" charity.
If the first season of the cartoon series proves successful at McDonalds. Than a DVD Boxed Set can be developed to be sold through retail partnerships or strictly at McDonald restaurant locations. There can be also partnerships with DVD rental locations be it "BlockBuster or Net Flix". (If not the DVD rental kiosks of "Red Hat") To allow the DVD rentals of the cartoon series of "Ronald McDonald & Friends".
This is a great initiative to revitalize the McDonalds Corporation mascots for a new generation of children. That will surely enjoy them as I have when I was a child watching the McDonalds commercials.

Such "Hints & Tips" will always come to a person in a subtle and gentle manner. Much like a whisper into one's minds eye. Be it as lovers, friends, or family we do not fully delve into the spiritual being of another fellow soul. The reasons are numerous however the main reason is we have yet to explore our own personal soul. In accordance to Socrates famous by line of "Know Thy Self" we falter as a simple but yet profound entry point. In this regard this is the "Eye of the Needle" to be threaded first before we can begin to sew. If we do not fully recognize our own souls worth. How are we to value another person or in extreme cases Life itself?

It is not the ultimate ending, it is just a beginning in another form of life to be regarded in a compassionate and sensitive manner.
Let go of cultural conditioning that does harm instead of uplifting the righteous. In all living beings that need to transition to their own promised land of the soul. Gems of Opportunity: Movie Concept: A Hip Hop Musical of "A Christmas Carol"
Hello All,
Every few years a new rendition of Mr. Charles Dickens "A Christmas Carol" appears for moviegoers pleasure. With each new rendition, appearing brings its own cultural interpretation of such a classical piece of English literature originally published December 19th, 1843.
My present-day interpretation of "A Christmas Carol" is set to our early 21st-century urban street Hip Hop theme. In the guise of a musical with all original movie soundtrack giving those Christmas Carols sung an urban remix treatment.
The 3 ghosts of Christmas can be played by famous hip-hop artists. For example one Afro-American such as "Snoop Dog", one Caucasian such as "Eminem" and one Latino under the Reggaeton Latin Hip Hop genre. Each Hip Hop Christmas ghost playing their own themed music melody when they make their introduction into the film. Of course both "Snoop Dog & Eminem" are only general examples of potential musicians to play those roles. I'm sure a litany of potential music artists could be made available through various recording music labels.
The role of Jacob Marley the former dead business partner of Ebenezer Scrooge. Can be modeled after Mr. Charles Dickens as an homage and a cameo appearance of the said English Author.
The musical movie will be set in the Winter of present-day Detroit Michigan. Whereas in March 2009 their unemployment rate is at 25%. Those are depression era unemployment figures from the 1930's. I would hope the movie is shot in Detroit Michigan in order to bring in local revenue and jobs to their community.
The Ebenezer Scrooge will be a heartless debt collector agency owner. As a statement of our Great Economic Recession the effects we're still experiencing long after the technical recession is over. Where this present day Scrooge disliking people in general employs harsh debt collection practices.
The Carolers in this musical will sing traditional Christmas songs all under a hip-hop blended remix. Perhaps including a few original hip-hop Christmas songs for good measure to the movie soundtrack. If the movie soundtrack proves to be a standalone hit aside from the movie itself. It will generate secondary income streams in areas such as Cd's, MP3 tracks, and Ringtones.
Of course, a Novel book deal could be the precursor to the movie. In order to create a novel adaption to the musical itself by generating buzz to the movie studios.
I have yet to experience a musical treatment to the classic "A Christmas Carol". Isn't it about time one is made for avid music listeners and moviegoers alike?

Governance Concept: Sales Tax Freeze By Region For Natural Disasters
Hello All,
Here in the State of Florida where I live each year we have a "sales tax holiday" just prior to the start of that years "Hurricane Season". This concept of mine takes inspiration from such a sales tax holiday here in Florida. By expanding it to include all potential natural disasters in a regions locality here in the United States. However instead of a sales tax holiday approved by a States Legislature in advance as done in Florida.
This concept would include anywhere from 12 hours up to 72 hours advance warning from meteorological forecasters. That would institute a Sales Tax Freeze by a U.S. States region that would be struck by a natural disaster. Such natural disasters could be: Hurricanes, Flash Floods (by forecast major rain storms), Snow Storms (like "North Easters"), Desert Storms (In U.S. States with desert climates), Tornadoes (by tornado warnings being issued by region), Tsunami's to a coastal region due to a far off earthquake event, etc...
These are several forms of natural disasters that can be predicted by weather patterns. That anywhere from 12 hours up to a 72 hour window of preparation may be allowed. In such cases the U.S. Governor can declare by his or her own region to be struck. Either a preemptive State of Emergency or create another type of natural disaster classification such as "State of Warning". That would usher forth a civilian sales tax freeze on certain merchant goods and services. Such as: gasoline, car maintenance (personal vehicle), food (in those U.S. States that tax food), Hardware stores (particularly lumber for boarding up personal properties, personal gas powered generators, batteries, flashlights, etc...), Camping Goods Store (dried food rations, survivalist equipment, etc...), Pharmacies (personal medicine, first aid kits, etc...), Home Hardening Services (storm reinforcing for doors, windows, garage doors, roof's, etc...). Or anything else that falls under the purvey of protecting "Life & Limb" or "Personal Property" just prior to a predicted land fall of a natural disaster.
Although do note this does not cover "Man Made Disasters" which usually afford very little warning in advance. Or within the time frame of 12 hours up to 72 hours coverage period of preparations. The only exception to the man made disasters is that of poor municipal infrastructure in terms of storm water drainage. Where business districts to local neighborhoods can easily flood in a medium to major rain storm. These are hazard zones for Flash Flood pockets of activity to occur with all frequent regularity unfortunately.

890) When speaking the truth to someone who can not accept it nor believe you personally. Then such a person is beyond the scope to being reasoned with at all. Not even a neurotic lie will assail them to alter their own personal thinking within that encounter. All they will see and hear is what they wish to within their own warped sensibilities.
It is best to distance yourself from such a disinterested individual if at all possible. Otherwise you may endanger your peace of mind, or the well being of others yet still in your surroundings. 891) When one's mind becomes overwhelmed and heavily burdened. Immediately stop what you were doing previously and surrender yourself to the presence of God in your midst. Seek out by simplicities sake the most comfortable spot or posture to refresh your being for that moment in time. Having achieved such a moment of inner space, focus your senses on what is good and true by however you define such a state of mind. Then release the pressure within your mind and burden upon your heart to God unconditionally. Repeat such a surrender as many times as needed to find a tranquil space of detachment where you find yourself in your true center of being. Having rested than slowly return to your previous activity with a renewed harmony. That will gradually set you in motion to a stronger spirit filled with courage and dignity. 892) Our Souls are most enlivened when we remember our role as a child of God(dess). Our souls are dynamically active in numerous dimensions of thought, movement, and of being. Our souls are one in unison with each other and the totality of life itself. Be it in time and space, or some other relative dimension that binds us all together in Spirit. We are united akin to a grand universal hub that we often refer to as "God". Where all points of life are occurring simultaneously in the same instant. Even if we under the guise of time, by referring to these instances as the past, present, or the future.
Although our awareness is limited by how the Holy Spirit of God(dess) functions upon our souls. All is well and in good order as a perfectly synchronized event in a automated fashion. All that must or should be known is that we are vibrant beings of a sacred light. That transcends our ordinary functions as mere physical mortal incarnations. Spiritual Wisdom: "The Path of Avatarhood: Ascension Through The Soul"
Hello All,
I just wanted to break away for a moment from my usual trio of "Jewels of Truth" statements each month. To include this original material I was inspired to write back in March 2003. So see this as another flash from my past collection of notebooks for a contemplative journey to consider in one's own mind.

"The Path To Avatarhood: Ascension Through The Soul"

Everyone wishes for a genie and their destined three wishes. So as to fulfill their own version of glory in this life. Perhaps the best wish of perfection sought can be to make no wish at all. Why make a wish for something that is already yours to begin within the grandeur of God's design? Everything is yours already, the method in claiming your good is the Journey to personal fulfillment. In whatever way you decree that such a definition becomes a realization for you. The trick is the path to complete such a transition of evolving through the ultimate looking glass within your soul. That will fill your being as a bridge between realities for a non-linear scope of living that will remake your mortal understanding. Into a lucid spiritual immortal comprehension of being in the totality of creation. Such a way of life can take one into a myriad of realities for the benefit of one's own soul. And, for those such a person will care about will live through them as their essence of being for all times.
This essence is a unconditional Love expressed in moderation that can take a soul from the "Omega" (End Point). A person will find them self within their concurrent life up to that stage of development. Back to a blessed "Alpha" (New Beginning) on the behalf of grace, which is also where a person already resides within the constant presence of God. Whereabouts all fields of reality are simultaneously expressed in a person's soul as a complete "Circle of Life". A persons or an entity's soul is a non-linear expression not governed by inferior thought patterns of a fragmented linear viewpoint. A concurrent non-linear reality is intermingled with your perceived state of mind. So that all manners of life can and should co-exist with itself on a paradoxical scale from the micro to the macro in what many call "Infinity & Eternity".
Stop and think where you are and notice you are in a process of soul gestation in the womb of God(dess) always. There is thankfully no where that God is not as a reality,including your nocturnal dreams. Give yourself Peace and know all things you seek by Love Absolute (without conditions) will not harm you or others. But only further the "Will of God" as a blessed journey of souls. 887) Our souls are immaculate due to the indwelling Spirit of God within our being. Such a state of inner grace is wonderful to behold in the scope and tenderness a person can achieve in this life. However with a perfect soul we are full of contrasts due to the human condition. Humanity, much like any physical beings are flawed by their own essential nature. Thus the inner striving for a higher truth in living is made that more elegant in the eyes of creation. We are God(dess) in the Infinite variety of life as mother nature so vividly displays in sublime abundance.

888) For those who yearn for a unity of all sorts of love, there you are within its wholesome embrace. None of us have left the silent but yet powerful embrace of the maker God. It is only our ego based thinking that causes a false schism where the truth of unity is in full bloom. Surrender your false assumptions onto the Lord God and be set free once again in the splendor of his grand majesty in our daily lives. Doing so relives the tension in our minds and hearts allowing us to move forward. To where we need to be at that stage of our own being. Let go and live deeply within the Love of God(dess). 889) The great pillars of a society are: education, the arts, and athletics. From these three avenues of creative efforts be they cooperative or competitive in nature. Promote goodwill amongst your neighbors. However in such a society there needs to be the rule of law under fair and just terms of daily living. Whenever one class of people trump another than misuse and abuse will cause a society to become dysfunctional. Personal liberties must straddle the needs of the whole society, otherwise disharmony will ensue.
All societies must function with a balanced form of commerce and trade with significant oversight as to its own deliberations. If not unfair conduct will yield corruption, greed, abuse, and total incompetence. A pluralistic society needs civic participation, not just from elected officials or diplomats, but from the common ordinary citizen. All must have an emotional investment in their society lest they forget they're social responsibilities, and discredit their true value overall.
A society of peace makers must first rule themselves wisely, before they have a true responsibility to aid other fellow societies. Governance Concept: Ethics & Accountability In Election Campaign Reform
Hello All,
When I state "Campaign Reform" I'm not speaking about the amount of financing from donors into political elections. My concept will cover two different segments of campaign reform that some sort of headway needs to be pursued.
The first is to bolster voter confidence and participation into our Constitutional Republic democracy. When political candidates during an election campaign either directly or indirectly by a proxy group attack the personality of a rival. It is demoralizing not just to the one receiving the often baseless warping of the facts. But it tortures the Issues facing the populace as a whole be it at the: Local, State, or Federal levels of governance. Such childish "Tit for Tat" attacks further antagonizes the voters with misinformation by solidifying ill informed stances on the issues at hand.
What I propose is a series of penalties to be codified into Campaign Reform Law. A simple primer so that the law makers and their legal wordsmiths do not get confused.
The possible penalties could be:
A) To be liable and prosecuted in the Civil & State Courts for "Hate Speech".
Hate speech in so far using campaign literature and media airtime to attack a political rival. Be it their political history, military service history, personal character assassination, and religious background.
B) To disqualify for a period of years from any sort of elected or appointed political office in government.
Basically to be "Black Listed" for conduct that is demeaning in the public domain during an election campaign. Be it in the confines of using slander, liable, hate speech, or defaming a political rival during an election campaign.
C) To pay specified penalty fines for each campaign media spot. That is considered as demeaning as stated above in "A & B" that is aired or displayed in the public domain. By displayed meaning: direct mail pieces, pamphlets, billboards, posters, or other forms of printed media.
This option basically bankrupts the political war chest of a would be person running for elected office.
The above trio of penalties for campaign attacks against a rival during a campaign. I consider to be "Part 1" of my election campaign reform.

"Part 2", consists of accountability of "Campaign Promises" made to the voters in order to get into elected office.
How many times have voters elected a suave charismatic politician into elected office. Where once inside government it turns out to be a case of "Dr. Jeckal & Mr. Hyde" in regards to the policies and agendas that is pursued.
Again my proposal is to offer a set of penalties. To those who have little to no intentions as political tricksters in attempting to pursue their campaign promises. I will not fault the politician that in full earnest attempts to dialogue and engage his or her own associates in government or the citizenry. But for those who are hypocrites they deserve a set of political and governmental penalties imposed on them. This will force politicians to think twice before they open their mouth. In what they seek to accomplish whilst in elected office.
Here is another set of three potential penalties that can be codified into political Campaign Reform law.
A) In failure to uphold campaign promises during an election campaign. The elected member of government is denied from running as an incumbent. In the same office for the next term of elections.
Basically denying the politician from running again for a second term. Be it in the: Local, State, or Federal government level. However it doesn't forbid them from running in another post up for election. Akin to playing musical chairs jumping from post to post.
B) A Monetary penalty fine is imposed at the end of their term in office. It can consist of 10% of their combined salary during their term. Or 10% as an example of their total economic self-worth in terms of assets.
Basically hitting the politician in the wallet where it is meant to hurt. By their practice of deception and misleading the citizenry in false intentions.
C) A public apology at the end of their term to those in government and the citizenry for a lack of leadership. Without making excuses or blaming something else for their own lack of initiative to even engage on the issues promised.
This one is the least painful and may be considered more of a slap on the wrist. It may in fact increase their political popularity rating in the short term by showing humility. By stating his or her own weakness and vulnerability and making a stand to do better the next time around. (Doesn't that sound like another hollow "Campaign Promise"?)
This is all in an attempt to strengthen "Campaign Reform" and the public discourse. Through participation of those in government and the citizenry to continue to build up our democracy. And, not allow the all too often political mud slinging in election campaigns. That cause agony to the voters even if it is on a subliminal basis.

Pharmaceutical Concept: Athletic Perspiration Gel
Hello There,
This is another concept I originally wrote down in my collection of notebooks back in 2008.
This pharmaceutical over the counter product is best suited for those who work in the outdoors or for athletes. It consists of a water soluble gel that is applied to the skin much like sun block lotions. However it allows the person using this "Athletic Perspiration Gel" to maintain a neutral body temperature when conducting physical labor.
This is in order to relieve and avoid heat exhaustion out in the field. Besides allowing the applier of such a perspiration gel to prolong their laborious duty. Examples of potential applications are for the cited: Athletes, Construction Workers, Landscapers, Fire Fighters, Park Rangers, etc...
Overall this pharmaceutical product is essential in preventing heat stroke and stemming the effects of physical exhaustion. However one must stay hydrated by drinking liquids and this gel like product still allows the person to perspire (sweat) as usual. All it does is simply allow one to maintain a neutral body temperature for an extended period of time whilst doing physical activity.

885) A knowledgeable person alone does not make a leader. A leader is a person whom wills he's or her own energies into a format others can adhere to in decisive action. A solely knowledgeable person does not make a complete and capable leader. An accumulation of facts, figures, and jargon may be impressive in terms of intelligence. But does little in being a successful leader of oneself or amongst others yet still. Leadership is a responsibility not to be taken lightly. However balanced it is so as to not become a burden that can not be delegated and shared appropriately. 886) The Mind of God(dess) is the total and absolute living record of all knowledge and wisdom ever conceived in all creations. Such a depository of all life is vital for the growth of all living beings to siphon into their fathomed realities. The "God Mind" has all recorded memory ever experienced by any living being. These memories aren't dormant as in a physical library. These memories are dynamic from the individual authors themselves via a collective of spiritual entities. That has lived them in its fullest scope of the term as in their "Highest Selves". Instead of books the knowledge, experiences, and memories are ushered forth by the souls who lived them in Creation. The God Mind is accessed within eternity itself as if utilizing a fulcrum within one's very own soul. These resources are always delivered via an illumination of Spirit to those willing and capable of receiving such awareness as a living vessel in creation and of God(dess). 884) Pleasure is to the body via our physical senses. Happiness is to the mind where it may appear and linger for awhile. Joy is of the "Heart" where one may express what is truest in one's own nature of well being. Relying solely on pleasure one will warp and wilt away into perversion. Seeking out solely happiness one will become a fickle person. Who if not careful may be saddened more often than being in a state of happiness. Being in a state of "Joy" can be a sacred delight to uphold. Due to the sound principles of expressed moderation of what one enjoys the most in doing.
