Hello All,

Since this is a short month I'm hurrying to share this segment for you my readers. Aside from the out takes from a distant Volume 4, which I've been sharing at the beginning of each month. To hopefully hold you over for this entry today, that I admit its never enough for the hungry souls yearning for truth and beauty within. (Hint we're all already beautiful in spirit, because God by whatever name you worship him or her is with us.)

Today's trio of "Jewels of Truth" spiritual wisdom statements were originally penned back in late November 2009. Seeing the light of day per say for the very first time here at "Atrayo's Oracle". The topics are of an: Outlook, Fools, and Simpletons. Interesting trio isn't it?

993) Those that believe that they're outlook on life is supreme or without question are full of folly. Only God(dess) the creator has the capacity to have an outlook that is perfect in scope. All other souls will only have the capacity to view a slice at a time of life itself by an authentic means. It will take a person of a true and mature humility to discover this within themselves.

Otherwise hubris and foolishness will warp their sensibility by a selfish misconduct jeopardizing many as a result. In declaring such a personal fact that otherwise is false when compared to the light of truth. Be cautious in associating yourself with persons that are feeble minded. For all they shall reap is hardship for the sake of a vain wanting to be constantly "Right".  Follow your own intuition instead allowing your logical mind to sift between your own conclusions within the fullness of time. Understand what is a bold faced lie and what else is the truth, even if it is within the shades of deception. A critical mind is only as good, as a critical intuition to separate fact from fiction. 994) When you deal with foolish people be on your guard always. For all they need is one opening and your off to the races of idiocy. Only one other thing is far more dangerous than a fool in a role of responsibility. It is a cunning back stabbing fool in all regard. Please just give them a wide swath of space to hang themselves by their own misdeeds. Stepping in only when others get entangled in their web of trickery that are otherwise innocent fodder to the fool.

Frustrations of daily living will become pale in comparison when a fool triumphs in their own realm of undoing. False conclusions without reason nor logic will come time and again. Those of an idealistic heart be wary for your own arguments may be in vain. There is only a pea sized brain with enough sense only to save their own skin when things go sideways for the fool. Blame will be the rule of the day, self-responsibility will be a dirty word to proclaim. Be mindful when trouble makers seek to wield the swords of vendetta's without a care for whom gets struck by their own blades.

One's only recourse is to bind together as a group of like minded individuals supported by the God blessed truth. If not as a quorum, than as a lynch mob to toss the idiots out on their ear. 995)  Simpleton's are not meant to be confused with fools as a category of intellect nor behavior. Simpleton's are often of a sincerely pure heart in all regard. The good folk to being appreciated and protected from the rude and the mean in their own world. Simpleton's have a larger than life tendency to having a fully naive outlook in all directions. Their naivete is often mistaken for that of an idiot in nature, but they are truly not so. Rather they simply lack the sufficient self-awareness to proceed in an appropriate manner. At times their spiritual self conduct is to be marveled at as both Zen and Saintly.

Simpleton's may reason like that of a child, but their pure spirit is like that of the children of Heaven itself. A Miracle amongst so many jaded individuals in this life. A way shower like no other to help us retrace our steps back to God(dess) as a whole. Amen.

Land Mine Removal Concept: "Heat Ray Land Mine Remover" (HRLMR)

I often muse about what futuristic military platforms may look like in purpose. I often try to marry an existing need to how it can be made from contemporary practical solutions. So with that said I remembered years ago the "U.S. Army" was doing a media publicity campaign about the heat ray crowd control invention, which was mounted on a humvee jeep. It's actually called the "Link: Active Denial System", which it looks like a mirror array situated on top of the humvee jeep roof. The bulk of the payload electronics is placed in the trunk or boot of the humvee jeep.

Currently according to wikipedia the "Active Denial System" has undergone a 2nd generation which is capable of being mounted to an aircraft, as in the "ADS II". The ADS first came to public awareness in 2007 via the aforementioned public media campaign. However it was in 2002 that it was in development for the U.S. Army. Nowadays local police departments are seeking to procure this crowd control heat ray to quell unlawful riots or street protests. It was deployed on the prison grounds in "Los Angeles" overlooking the exercise yard to stop any brawls between inmates.

My concept as a heat ray land mine removal platform is to retool this mobile application. Where on human usage the heat ray had to be toned down to feel like an intensely hot oven burst on people. However if the military did reconsider this as a land mine removal application the heat intensity would need to be vamped upwards. So as to cook a landmine buried on the ground surface, where it subsequently explodes. Without putting into jeopardy any sort of land mine ordinance squad or a local bomb squad in a police capacity.

There are certain companies such as "Link: Mine Seeker" that specialize in aerial ground penetrating radar mapping of land mine fields in 3rd world countries. However my "Heat Ray Land Mine Remover" concept goes a step further in placing such a retooled ADS platform on a drone vehicle. Be it a drone M-WRAP jeep (the next generation jeep after the humvee developed by the U.S.) or an aerial drone such as a helicopter that is remotely controlled. Something that can maintain a stationary controlled stance whilst deploying the heat ray land mine remover.

In the case of a drone helicopter it could simultaneously map a land mine field on the ground. Then run subsequent "mowing the lawn" sweeps to remove land mines with an on board heat ray payload. If a drone isn't capable of carrying out such an application with this platform. Than perhaps a manned helicopter such a black hawk with the payload and a technician in the personnel transport compartment. The VTOL (vertical take off and landing) of an OSPREY aircraft could have a similar configuration as a manned operation of the "Heat Ray Land Mine Remover" (HRLMR).

If the M-WRAP jeep was used instead a Chinook helicopter or a OSPREY could fly in the mobile platform to the site of a land mine field. That was of course previously aerially mapped as a designated zone for demining of "Unexploded Ordinance" (UXO).

Many global NGO's (Non Governmental Organizations) such as: MAG (Mines Advisory Group), PTPI (People To People International) started by President Dwight D. Eisenhower in 1959, United Nations Mine Action Service (UNMAS), if not countless noble NGO's in such operations. May benefit from such a platform be it leased or used in liaison with military trainers and/or personnel. Of course there would need to be tight export controls that such a heat ray mobile platform doesn't fall under the wrong hands. To be used brutally by a 3rd world despotic regime against their own people during civil protests. Be it the original "Active Denial System" or one if adopted just for land mine removal under my concept. Without ant sort of retooling would literally cook people from inside out if not wearing any reflective clothing as a protective measure.

Countries that may benefit from land mine removal operations are the: Sudan, Congo, Vietnam, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, just to name a few. Currently measures to remove land mines usually put highly trained personnel directly into harms way. Be they a land mine removal squad, that include canines that are trained to sniff out land mine explosive material. Assorted military vehicles such as the traditional land mine crawler with a rotary multi-link chains to till the land mine field. Or other human intensive operations, where my concept of the "Heat Ray Land Mine Remover" (HRLMR). Can minimize direct involvement if conducted with a drone vehicle or a turret like mobile platform that is air or ground based.

I hope my international readers to my blog site "Atrayo's Oracle" be they in a position of influence take note I have since 2005 offered similar military technological concepts as well. Usually to address dilemma's facing our modern military forces out in deployment.

Jewels of Truth Statement: "World Peace is God's Peace"

Hello All,

I hope many of you are found in a sacred place of well being. If not, return to the Source of all things which is your Holy place within your own soul. Seek communion with yourself and that of your Angels with God. Then simply love all that is of yourself, people in your life (both cherished & despised), and the world that is beyond your own control. Allowing an attitude of surrender to wash over you in seeking tranquility from our crazy world. Forgive as needed to heal and recover your own sanity, truly I mean it.

Today's topic is my most recent "Jewels of Truth" spiritual wisdom statement. Now that I'm reaching the tail end of writing Volume 4, which is far from book form. This is in the series of #1420 on the topic of "World Peace". Basically stating that for this Earth or the world itself to ever have a collective peace amongst all people and nations. A grand majority must have experienced and have a loving relationship with the Divine. Be it any benevolent religion, spiritual tradition, or secular philosophy known or unknown to humanity in this chaotic 21st century to date. Only then a collective of souls can reach a critical mass of achieving "God's Peace as World Peace". Otherwise we're stuck with the carbon copy version of humanities peace, which is often filled with tension and frayed at the corners.

1420) Peace is peace is peace. However only God's peace is eternal. Without inequity it is flawless without stain like no other brilliance beyond that of heaven itself. To find God's peace is easy, yet it takes a mountain of courage to pursue. Often casting the seeker(s) into a deeper introspective journey of self discovery like no other in life. To find God's peace all one must accomplish is to love unconditionally. Simply love yourself without conditions, love your neighbor and your enemies. Doing so in moderation so as to not over exert the internal spiritual exercise, nor obstruct the principal from your daily habits.

God's Love is his everlasting peace become whole and manifested within all souls. Those of worldly proclamation must undone centuries of guile, and become humble like children. Diplomats within nations must not lose their faith in all that is gracious in God(dess). All must have first experienced a True Love in a personal relationship with the Divine. Sought after like a dynamically alive touch stone in all reality where perseverance proves the truth of a greater benediction to come. Until that time that humanity evolves as a collective species spiritually speaking. We shall all languish together under the sun, attempting to build the Holy in our lives, and in our children's lives to come in all sincerity. Only until a new majority takes hold for the common good with a societal engineered construct of compassion. Can we build together a stronger pure hope that one day "World Peace, becomes God's Peace" for all creatures both small and large of this Earth. Absolute Love would have it no other way. As the month of Feburary is already upon us in this New Year. We've already celebrated "National Freedom Day" this past Feb. 1st. Where "President's Day" will come in a week or so this Feb. 18th at least those of us here State side in America. Today I wish to share with all of you a topic on Governance from my "Jewels of Truth" spiritual wisdom series numbered at #1393. It's main theme for any realized democracy in the world that without justice there is no real freedom within any society.

May you all ponder the implications of such a truth especially in our daily lives.

1393) Those seeking freedom in all its earnest forms must soon realize that without justice to enjoy them. There is no true freedom, only a shallow guise that mimics the essence of freedom. No true liberty, nor happiness will be found in any lasting endeavor. Only a tyranny by another name that may best be left unspoken. For to call its name invites mockery although no lie has been spoken.

Justice invites good order by hopefully sensible and reasonable laws for the people of any society. Short of this, a society will have the motions of public governance, but at a cost of a person's respected dignity. Be keen the children to come to learn the follies of your elders. Today's trio are on the topics of an: Apology, Memory, and a Paradox. Written back in early November 2009, now only seeing print for the very first time for your enjoyment.

990) Apologies that are sincere in nature and come voluntarily are a precious gift to be shared. A reconciliation of bringing back to order in what was only crooked moments before in experience. It is the holy nature of True Forgiveness, which is a living grace from God(dess).

However when an apology is false or coerced in any way it becomes tainted with insincerity. It would only stroke the vanity of the receiver to hear such empty words. A forced apology usually stipulates the one giving the apology is sorry for having to utter such sentences. By being put into an awkward position against his or her own judgment. There is no redemptive value in a forced apology. It only utilizes the vanity of the receiver and the ones forcing as witnesses the wrong doer in all mannerisms. To gauge sympathy where there is very little to none in all regards is false and a lie.

A sincere apology is heartfelt person to person(s) and at times a healing balm able to remedy the anguish of the heart and the mind. When a circumstance can permit such a moment to take place for the highest good of all involved. An apology is Never Too Late be it spoken to the injured party or spoken to God in a sacred prayer of repentance. Love is timeless, it heals absolutely when it is richly deserved in seeking peace and harmony between all forms of life. There is only redemption in truth and not in a false apology. 991) The memory of God(dess) is what we all call reality. Perhaps in terms of physics a parallel dimension is another version of ourselves, but remembered differently by God the Creator. Albeit all of life is what we consider as sacred without distinction nor guile. A memory recalled through the "Mind of God" is a living consciousness without ego, yet very distinct with character. A collective synergistic force where the store house or vaults of all living memories are kept very much alive. Not as dusty archives or voluminous texts, but the very essence of living souls as a sacred repository or a heaven if you will.

God, has been defined by some as all living creatures of Life. Made very much manifest in their own inherent forms within creation. There is no distortion of time to being reckoned with from the very "Living Mind of God". What is past, present, and future is always Now to God in the illusion of eternity itself. A "God of gods" beyond physical or meta physical matter and essence, beyond the confines of all dimensions. Stands in the very middle of all our beings, no where to be found and yet very much alive with us right here and now. Living vicariously like a parent through all his children and always seeking the best for each of us.

To humanity a memory can be misleading and distorted over the confines of time itself. An artifact or remnant of the carnal mind and the ethereal soul in union with one another. How can the meta physical soul grasp such profound intricacies to express such sublime recollections? Why do our individual selves matter so much that the mundane is glorified by the angels as miraculous? 992) Where God is all things that are real and very much alive. Whereby God(dess) is everywhere in creation as an omnipresent force as paradoxically both silent and active simultaneously. God, can turn the impossible into the possible and vice a versa by his sheer "Holy Will". The very first spark of divinity come alive and the very last spark to extinguish itself. All of it as the sacred heart as the living flame of purity that only the righteous may pass and enter into such a beautiful union.

God, can utilize a paradox and thus take the impossible into the very real and probable. The phenomena of a paradox is essentially likened to a filter where life and death are meted out in order to offer balance to creation. However the paradox is but only one tool enacted by God to plumb the depths of creation. There are other sacred laws within us all that are constantly in motion captivating and propelling us further and further closer and away. Can you recognize them between what is merely physical and meta-physical constructs as the applicable laws of nature? And, yet it is all one macro entity we call our beloved God. Wearable Technology Concept: "Techno Clothing"

Last year around June I was inspired to share my own version of a potential augmented reality (AR) eye glasses or helm visor piece of wearable technology.

This was due in part to Google's foray into their own initiative on the topic known as "Project Glass". Also, last night I saw a segment on PBS "Nightly Business Report" that aired this past Friday Jan. 25th in conjunction with the "Street.com".

Geek Chic: Wearable Technology the Latest Fashion Buzz

Where they spoke about industry leaders such as: IBM, Apple, Microsoft, Google, and Samsung. Making in roads to such a stylish version of wearable technology to come world wide. Briefly IBM was mentioned making a Flexible Substrate material so as to be applied on top of clothing or as a substitute to clothing itself.

So again I'm eager to take a stab of what would such a wearable technology look like through my Imaginative eyes?

This is what I came up with using a Man's suit ensemble of a blazer jacket, vest, and pant slacks as my forth coming examples. I have no idea what the aforementioned IBM flexible substrate material or chemical compound will look like on clothing. This is my supposition that it'll be like a waxy plastic looking organic LED screen material when applied to clothing. It can be applied to segments of a piece of clothing or all of the contours of an entire piece of garment. If applied into segments than the top of the sleeves, back of the blazer and vest, front & rear legs of the slacks using my male suit ensemble example.

The 1st generation of such a wearable piece of techno garment will have a hip wearable module. That interfaces the downloaded images via a USB cable or thumb drive that can receive updates when synced to your smart phone. The hip module is no more the size of an old fashioned "Sony Walkman" from the 1990's. Where wired plug connectors, similar to a head phone jack connects to the blazer jacket, vest, and male slacks. All hidden neatly out of site where the wires will not detract from the ascetic of the clothing outfit. Later generations of this "Techno Clothing" can eventually meld the hip module into a small module sown into a flap of each garment. That these later generation modules will plug directly into each piece of garment having a WiFi connectivity. A futuristic app on your smart phone will simply Ping the piece of clothing to apply updates to the firmware or rotate through preferred displayed Images.

The days of squinting your eyes looking at a movie on your smart phone are over. Now users with "Techno Clothing" will look at their preferred arm sleeve to watch video programming. No more small 4 or 5 inch smart phone screens, your Arm Sleeve is your screen of choice to interact wirelessly with your smart phone. So the arm sleeve flexible substrate organic LED material will also have touch screen functionality. Users can still wear their smart phones in a holster attached to their hip. Or choose to wear a sleeve holster with a plastic housing clip attached to a forearm configuration assembly. That is worn underneath jackets, coats, and such except for a long sleeve shirt.

Let's say a user walks by a store front or a "Clear Channel" futuristic Video billboard like seen in the "Tom Cruise" movie of "Minority Report". Besides just seeing your favorite brands broadcasted out loud via your own social media publicly shared preferences. With "Techno (Wearable) Clothing" you'll display on your clothing via the aforementioned men's suit ensemble example. The product brand name video advert on your blazer jacket, vest, and pant slacks. If the person next to you is using augmented reality (AR) eye glasses they'll see the advertisement commercial not just in plain 2D, but in full glorious 3D.

Now that your broadcasting as a "Shared Shout Out" your brand name of choice to those passing you by on the side walk inside a shopping mall or elsewhere. The next time you make a purchase for that brand name in any store front you'll receive a promotion freebie item. Or a discount up to a certain amount at point of sale, applied as a mobile coupon. Just for being such a loyal customer willing to promote the brand amongst friends and strangers alike.

If your caught outside during a rain storm you won't be electrocuted for wearing such gizmo clothing. Since the outer coating of the flexible substrate will act like a barrier to keep moisture outside. Without affecting the internal hip module or later versions of the sewn in modules inside flaps of the garments. However if your submerged in liquid of any sort you may very well be screwed.

Consider this if your wearing a neutral tint suit by my men's ensemble example of a blazer jacket, vest, and pant slacks. Let's say you want to change the color of each garment so it is all uniform in one color. Or provide contrast with differing colors or dyed tint shades. By interacting with your preferred input command sleeve you set the hip module or internal clothing flap modules. To shift the color spectrum for each piece of clothing all at once or individually. Like switching a TV channel on your television, but broadcasting picture in picture quality many times over. Where each piece of garment is treated like a different TV screen all of its own making. So one generic neutral tint men's suit can mimic an entire wardrobe of clothing in someones closet.

Now more seriously consider first responders like police, fire rescue, paramedics, or even road side construction workers. Each wearing a wearable Vest of technology displaying emergency or standard information to all locals. If not, a good Samaritan choosing to display an Amber Alert or NOAA Weather Alerts when they're issued to the general public. As they're going about their typical day outside or in the work place.

How will wearable technological clothing affect society as a whole? Well forms of expression be it secular or artistic will explode across all societies that utilize them, including religious or holiday festivities. Maybe a new sort of spam will likely occur as well from all the displayed images people will showcase. Some of it may be vulgar in origin, where local police ordinance obscenity laws will need updating. Nonetheless this can only be a good thing to a degree, depending how well it is embraced overall. Just picture someones grand mother showcasing their grand children's pictures via their clothing outfit. Tacky and comical as it sounds this could be possible within the next decade or so world-wide.

Arts Education Concept: "Public School Mural Graffiti Arts Program"

It's a New Year with many renewed expectations to tackle tough issues in our local and regional communities. There will be triumphs and there will be set backs to be encountered. Some set backs are blessings in disguise, but they aren't immediately seen as such when they do occur. Today's topic is one that isn't new nor unique it has possibly been presented in a myriad of different formats. Perhaps as numerous as the communities that gave birth to them in practice.

Allow me than to indulge your time to present another version of how it can be conducted for our public school youth. Since private schools, certain charter schools in affluent neighborhoods, or other private religious academies aren't impacted like the inner city public schools have been, and continue to be. My twist of a mural graffiti arts program for inner city youth in a public school district borrows heavily from other venues.

A hearty Kudos goes out to the "City of Philadelphia's" murals arts program going on for over thirty years time since the 1980's.

Mural Arts Program 

As I bow to their contributions to they're own local region in combining divergent needs and forming a collective solution. At least in terms to serving the community, public schools, and most certainly the students involved in such endeavors. I would like to present my own interpretation of such a community and public school partnership initiative.

For instance instead of traveling outside into the community itself to paint neglected neighborhood walls. I aim to keep it in house within the school grounds itself. For instance looking for opportunity walls in the exterior or interior of the school campus. If not other concrete barrier walls or fences if such are available. Such concrete walls can be erected off to a corner of the physical education school grounds. Perhaps start off with one concrete block wall to being erected, that is divided into sections. Allowing several smaller graffiti murals to being painted throughout a school class year. If the arts pilot program succeeds than additional walls can be erected over time as needed.

Following the similar Buddhist practice of "Mandalas" which are colored sand intricate portraits laid out. Than summarily destroyed via a religious ceremony by the Buddhist monks. This one concrete wall if not other opportunity walls that are part of the school campus itself. Will be literally white washed and painted over by either the custodial staff or the students themselves. Also another stipulation is no gang symbols can be painted onto the graffiti murals so as to maintain an inclusive learning environment. By avoiding conflict with any potential gang initiated students in such an arts graffiti mural program. Besides no gang land body language or gang colors can be worn by the students participating in such an arts program. If the public school district already promotes school uniforms than the concern of wearing gang colors by any students is muted.

The arts department faculty will hopefully have arts exposure to painting or supervising the painting of murals in general. If not local community artists can be invited as guest speakers and instructors to assist the arts faculty and to provide inspiration to the students. Be they in graffiti mural painting or in other art medium disciples so as to promote a diverse perspective of art itself. Both art faculty and students will be provided painters face masks and aprons so as to minimize accidents. Be it with inhalation of paint can fumes or accidental paint ruining a school uniform or personal clothing. If students can wear physical education school uniforms such as a T-Shirt and shorts than possibly all the better. So as to not have paint ruining a set of clothes.

Several different graffiti mural renditions can be conducted throughout a school year on campus. Be it as stated prior on opportunity walls as part of the interior or exterior building of the school campus. Or a separate concrete wall being erected out in the physical education grounds. With a gallery of walls in the future if the arts pilot program proves successful. Having the painting of said walls done singularly on a school campus promotes greater control of the student body in teaching and supervision.

When it comes time to erase or white wash a graffiti mural on a wall. Similar to the Buddhist "Mandala" practice there can be a ceremony tied to the event itself. This will be key since it fosters a sense of letting go and preservation at the very same instant. Where the teaching of the students will surpass the art itself and enter into a life lesson. As well one of the Funding Mechanisms will be derived by preservation of the graffiti mural in another art medium of photography. Having a professional photography on site either prior or during the ceremony to preserve the mural on film. Where said image will be presented in either a singular portrait or into a Mural Lithograph Series. Signed By the Art Students and listing the school class year as well on the original portrait.

The one photograph portrait or the graffiti mural lithograph series will be auctioned off in a charity fund raising event for such an arts program. So if several graffiti murals are painted throughout a school year. Than by class year there will be a small collection to be presented in a art gallery prior to the fund raising charity auction. Other funding sources for the graffiti mural arts program can be the usual contenders of: miscellaneous art grants, block grants, non-profit agencies, or one or more philanthropic patrons.

The offering of a mural graffiti arts program may be nothing new in many inner city public school districts. However I hope at least my format for one is as unique until proven otherwise in aiding school children. To appreciate art as an ascetically pleasing form of self-expression and collective upliftment for a community at large.

Jewels of Truth Statement: "Just Ask"

I hope the beginning of this new year is finding many of you well and in continued good spirits. For myself i'm cranking out inspired spiritually written material at a good clip of a pace. Knock on wood. As is often the case for the month of January we're struggling with our "New Year's Resolution". After taking inventory of ourselves in the preceeding Holiday month of December. Many a time we strive for very noble goals, but somehow along the way we fret and begin making poor choices once more.

So today I wanted to share a newly minted "Jewels of Truth" spiritual wisdom statement on the topic of "ASKing". Much of it inspired from the Christian New Testement Biblical text in regards to this topic. I first wrote this exactly 8 days ago in the series numeral of #1397, for those keeping count. Since I'm sampling from a far flung Volume 4 that is still being written of the "Jewels of Truth" series.

Enjoy the inspiring thought as I have in channeling the material from my Angels via automatic writing.

1397) All things come at a price whether stated or implied. In the Christian Bible it states to: Ask, Seek, and Knock when invoking the divine to aid us in life. Take note that I've underlined the first letter of each word of: Ask, Seek, and Knock. Which reveals the hidden word of "Ask" once more to the devout seeker.

As we beesch the "Lord God" to aid us and our loved ones in life by asking, seeking, and knocking. That God, Jesus Christ, Moses, Mohammad, the Holy Spirit, the Virgin Mary, the Saints, and most certainly our Angels. Will do the same with us, by asking, seeking, and providing knocks to awaken our slumbering spirits from this crazy world we've found ourselves within. Sometimes rather more than not we misinterpret such holy knocks on us as painful personal experiences. Life may have jostled us unfairly by our own assumptions. Yet the events that transpired are a prepartion by God's mysterious plan for our lives. Many times we have suffered greatly by our sheer confusion or wantonly dwelling in a place of misery. Our free will and free preceptions must not misunderstand the life affirming hardships that were laid at our feet for a higher calling. Not to be cursed or punished, but to be strenghthened as an act of a mysterious compassion. Prepared in such a manner as to be groomed for our freely choosen purpose in life. Do not dwell on the loss or give into a sense of fear or failure from such knocks or tests in our lives.

When God(dess) or the Spirit Realms of Absolute Love come asking, seeking, or knocking for us. It is always in our better interests perfectly so to respond to their inquiry. For a loving relationship with the Divine is a two way street to bliss. Amen.

Jewels of Truth Statement: "Life's Voyages"

Hello All,

Yesterday was the Catholic holiday of Epiphany or what in the Hispanic community celebrates as "Los Tres Reyes Mago" (The 3 Wise Kings or Magi).  Where usually an additional gift is given aside from the customary treasure trove of gifts from Christmas morning. The city of Miami in South Florida usually has a parade to celebrate this occasion in the "Little Habana" neighborhood. Miami, is my hometown and I only visit once a year or so when able on a family trip.

So whether you celebrate Epiphany, or not. I would like to offer you this "Jewels of Truth" statement #1379 penned in early December of last year. As my gift to all of you, although these postings are a regular feature I enjoy sharing holiday or not. Yes, I'm guilty on that count. :op

Today's topic is on Life and the spiritual qualities that aid us along our life's journey.

1379) Without faith a worshipper in religion or spirituality is useless. The faith is the navigating rudder that steers the ship or the soul. God, is the north star as the navigators aid in life. Love, is the wind or the energy in motion that makes the world go round. The faithful are the captains or the commander, where the Angels are the crew as the selfless guardians in our lives. Gratitude, is for the blessed Omens encountered throughout a voyage. Trust, is that the mapped course will lead us to our destination. Forgiveness, is when the unexpected surprises or what haunts us during the course of our voyage is healed. Hope, is that all souls on board arrive well and in good working order. Providence, is the Grace at work constantly by Angels and people alike, whether the known or unknown is encountered. A Miracle is that this voyage and crew ever left port at all for the mission at hand.

The rest belongs to the journey, which is the ever revolving present moment of the "Now". All decisions are always happening "Now"! Be it later defined as the past is another mariners tale metaphysically speaking. A prayer is the gift of free will to invoke all that is mighty in Heaven and the Earth to aid us. For the Holy is based on cooperation and not confrontation between the Infinite Children of God(dess). The Truth is our bravest ally or our cruelest teacher if we lack his respect. Beauty, is confusing your lover as a mermaid or a strong sailor in uniform. And, than waking up in the morning with something else instead. 987) There is an old saying; those that truly love you when you fully surrender them by letting them go. If they return to you than you were meant for each other. However if they do not return had little to no affection for you in reality. It's a bittersweet realization to fully stomach, but indeed a mixed blessing to experience.

The same goes with our ultimate union in our personal relationship with the Divine, meaning God. He absolutely loved us that he gave us all the free gift of personal choice. Those of us who are loving with him be it in life by faith or simply in deeds. Will return to our father the creator in Spirit time after time, life after life, for an eternity. Everyone else will continue to wander creation looking for meaning. Not knowing deep down inside what a union with the divine does to one's life. As it was in the beginning of creation so will it be in the end of our lives. It is the Love that is purest will return to us hundred or a thousand fold from how we first acted in tenderness and truth with each other. 988) Those that lament that "Life" is not fair. Are missing the point, that life is a dichotomy between "Love & Fear". If one chooses Love than as a Grace fairness is offered completely. However if one or more choose Fear. Than no amount of fairness is offered, only something much worse is provided as a substitution in its place.

Our Divinity allows by extension to offer us many graces to the "Holy Spirit" of another soul. It is always by free will that we can choose wisely or poorly. Will you be proactive and offer the grace of "Fairness"? Or will you be reactive and only offer Fear in its many miserable forms instead?

989) Eternity and an instant moment held in time are one and the same when beheld in the "Eyes of God". Endless time and an instant moment are paradoxically the same event. However it is the flip side of the same proverbial coin. Since science is in its adolescence having existed for only a little more of a millennium on Earth for this chapter of humanity. Will in time come to the realization that physics and meta-physics are two sides of the very same reality in existence. A living phenomena not just to be described by sages and poets will in time come under the renewed eyes of another age of science.

Until that moment the fallacy of all things fanciful will captivate the believer that reality is best experienced when it can be controlled. Not knowing the ramifications of such a thought will have on society as a whole. For the believer of such a principle of eternity that patience is the key. Many fools will come and go, but the truth will be proven in the end. Gems of Opportunity: Human Resources Concept: "Compassionate Dismissal"

I Hope those dearest to you are enjoying this Holiday Season of festivities. Not to be a Grinch I wanted to share this concept to provide a mechanism to ease global "Down Sizing" of a labor work force. In this culture in America it may be a bridge too far to cross, but in other forward thinking nations this may be doable. Be this a Labor Union initiative or a particular corporation that actually cherishes the merit of their own employees. This concept is dedicated in memory to all Americans that have been shocked in this continuing aftermath of this "Great Recession" to being pink slipped.

This is but one recent casualty of downsizing in America such as the "Hostess Brand" of baked goods. Where 18,500 employees lost their jobs last November when cut backs and a strike failed to resolve the deep cuts in pay being sought by the board of directors. Since this was a second round of cuts in recent years that the workforce refused to stomach, and with good reason.

In light of all this turmoil my concept can be considered as a progressive safety net for employees in a capitalistic nation. Call it an added layer of unemployment insurance to insure future growth. Of labor productivity and fiscal responsibility with a compassionate touch. With the "Triple Bottom Line" (TBL) of People, Planet, and Profits in mind.

Of course the term I'm inventing of "Compassionate Dismissal" may sound just as oxymoronic as "President George W. Bush" term of "Compassionate Conservative". We all know how well that turned out for America, it worked only in theory not in practice.

The Compassionate Dismissal unemployment insurance program would care for any recently unemployed member of society formerly employed in the private sector. Having worked at least one year for whatever company that hired them. Be they a full time, part time, or salaried employee in origin. Temporary workers or sub-contracted workers are excluded from this safety net social work force program. This version of the unemployment insurance program will only apply to medium large to mega transnational corporations. Small to lesser medium businesses are exempt from this program since they can not fully support such an insurance system. For it's part any such corporation that adopts this concept could in theory only fund it directly to a 75% hallmark. Workers that would be covered are blue and white collar workers that are non-executives of any such corporation. Since many executives are well paid with lucrative Golden Parachutes. Afforded to them as an exit package in compensation benefits upon dismissal.

I'm going to outline a 7 step plan that will stimulate job growth in light of being dismissed at another firm.

First, the tragedy of being shocked that to usually no fault of a workers performance such as wholesale downsizing. An employee is dismissed is gut wrenching to say the least. It can affect the psyche of the individual in the short term. However in those cases of insubordination or of a true lack of performance issue a former employee would be exempt from this benefit. Corporations that intentionally mis-label the dismissal of a former employee in order to cheat the worker of this benefit. Will open themselves to liabilities and potential civil lawsuits as an exploitative act.

To speak in brutally blunt terms this benefit is to fatten the calf for the slaughter. Which is in a generic down sizing of a work force all soon to be fired employees. Can immediately utilized a full 3 days of their vacation that was due to them if dismissal hadn't occurred. These vacation days will be paid where a Staycation or a mini-vacation in their own local community may be enjoyed. With hospitality vouchers to enjoy local attractions be they the: arts, restaurants, amusement parks, night life, etc... Such a benefit is bound to give a small bounce to the local economy when a mass lay off is in progress to the tourism dollars of a region.

It will also afford some quality time with one's family or friends with a looming dismissal on the horizon. Since it's the the company's dime per say, the sting or the shocking blow of a lay off is slightly misdirected in psychological terms to the employee. There's a reason why I call this concept "Compassionate Dismissal".

Second, after dismissal all former downsized workers of any said company will be afforded free counseling. Be it individual therapy or support group counseling up to a period of one year's time after loss of their job. Not all people will react well to the loss of employment especially if they have worked for over a decade at such a company. One's identity in relation of self-sufficiency especially for men will be a frightening prospect to confront due to dependents such as children. Internalization of emotions similar to the loss of a loved one may be experienced. In this case the grief counseling will be employment loss related.

Third, provide a subsidy to extends one's corporate healthcare and dental plan 2 years after loss of work due to down sizing. In cases of poor performance or insubordination this subsidy can last only a full year instead. Again the mis-labeling of a former mass lay off of a work force in order to cheat former employees. Will open up a can of worms due to civil liabilities of work force discrimination. The unemployment insurance program will in part cover the monthly or yearly health and dental insurance plan premiums for the unemployed person. Be it a family plan or an individual plan, which ever was in effect upon dismissal.

Fourth, provide a free series at no cost of workshops including free study materials. For a former employee to update their resume or CV in relation to getting rehired elsewhere. Workshops can include several re-employability skills of: networking, job fairs, interview presentations, resumes / CV updating, etc... Many larger metropolitan regions provide such services already at no cost throughout the State. This thread of the safety net would add such former workers a direct funneling to such State workforce programs. Perhaps with added premium benefits on top of what the State already allocates for citizens.

Fifth, In conjunction with the fourth benefit the added incentives beyond what a regular citizen would otherwise get in looking for employment. Unemployed workers due to downsizing would receive job placement services when looking for re-employment. This can include being assigned to a Temp Job Agency whilst looking for a longer term employment elsewhere.

Sixth, those former employees that wish to update their skills in the workforce within their own present line of work, before dismissal occurred. Or those seeking entry into a different industry can attend free of charge a vocational technical Institute or a college campus. For a 2 year period covered as a subsidy under this unemployment insurance system for down sized employees. For those laid off due to poor performance having worked for a full year at said company. They are included in this benefit, however cases of insubordination this benefit is waived / voided for such a class of former workers. For down sized employees their tuition, class materials (books), and lab fees will be covered. Including public transportation passes (if needed) during the tenure of attending such an institution of higher learning. There would also be the placement service of Internships and Apprenticeships (like in Germany and Scandinavian countries utilize). When students are ready to be learning at the job site under a supervisory capacity.

Seventh, following the similar gimmick of the so-called health discount plans marketed at Americans that usually can't afford healthcare in this country. Corporations that are part of this revitalized system of unemployment insurance. Will provide a free membership for a 2 year period under their own brand of a Consumer Discount Plan. Such a "Consumer Discount Plan" will behave somewhat like the identity protected EBT cards that offer food stamps and temporary cash benefits across America. The Consumer Discount Plan will offer the down sized work force discounts at a wide array of consumer retailers and services. Be it grocers or supermarkets, mass discounters like Walmart, clothing stores that are franchises or department stores like Sears, franchised restaurants be they fast food or dine-in casual, entertainment venues be they movie theaters, admission discounts at State or National parks, and auto repairs for instance.

This is to insure the purchasing dollar of the said unemployed down sized individual (most with dependents like children) stretches farther in a capitalistic market based society. The "Consumer Discount Plan" will be extended to such a class of unemployed citizens for a 2 year period. However not to being stigmatized like using the EBT card in America. The "Consumer Discount Plan" will be marketed towards all working employees within such a medium large to mega transnational corporation. Where their will be yearly membership dues in order to participate in such a consumer discount plan for their own households. Unlike the down sized class of former workers receive this incentive for 2 years as a benefit that is subsidized by their working berthen.

Such a "Consumer Discount Plan" can also be marketed via the particular brand of said company to the general consumer public. Thus collecting additional revenues in membership dues to help off set the subsidy for the down sized work force receiving such a benefit. Those corporations that adopt such a "Consumer Discount Plan" can be in competition in the market place against other corporate plans in existence. Where every year such consumer discount plans can be tweaked in benefits and/or new retailers being switched into and out of the plan. This consumer discount plan are direct discounts at point of sale and nothing to do with the point accumulating system of airline miles and such.

Now to pay for such a revitalized unemployment insurance program for downsized individuals. Be it adopted by a TBL (Triple Bottom Line) corporation, or a progressive country like Germany or the Scandinavian countries that currently out pace America in worker protections and nationally increasing wealth in terms of GDP. Maybe the Chinese have the cajones where America has misplaced there's for the time being in this lost culture of our lost decade. (Sorry for the mini-rant since I'm passionate about such a social issue)

In order to fund such an unemployment insurance program wherever it is adopted in the world at large. Be it by a nation or a particular forward thinking corporation. I would utilize the "Robin Hood Effect" if you recall I mentioned those "Golden Parachutes". If many executives can be offered lucrative exit compensation packages earning multi-million American dollars. Since it came from the literal backs of their own corporate workforce such gained productivity should be cherished. By giving back to the merit of their own employees that keep things functioning to near working order. Let's call it a self imposed Tithe or internal tax where 10% of every golden parachute garners such a fee when utilized.  With the monies collected in membership dues from the "Consumer Discount Plan" marketed towards one's own employees, if not marketed towards the general consumer public. With any additional public government financing to fill in the gaps such a program can be fully funded.

This is what I envision about "Compassionate Dismissal" would entail as an unemployment insurance system. If and when utilized especially those that profess a TBL mind set of putting People first, than the Planet, and finally Profits as the "Three Pillars" within a society at large.

Jewels of Truth Statement: "How Tragedy Must Heal"

No doubt many of you here State side if not countless others world wide have heard of the massacre recently in New Town, Connecticut. Where 20 school children, 6 faculty, and the gun man's mother and the shooter all perished. Any act of violence when it is up close and personal when not in abstraction from afar. Is cruel to the senses and a horror to any memory that may recall it.

Recently whilst watching the after effects on CNN cable news channel. Journalist and anchorman Wolf Blitzer asked what I'll reference as a onlookers question to a rabbi and a reverend from New Town, CT. The question was this; "How could God allow such atrocities to occur"? The Reverend chose to respond first that now wasn't the time for such a question and to just honor the grieving process to unfold.

There is much truth to the sentiment offered by the good reverend. However I wanted to take such a second look from a meta perspective on the question posed by Mr. Wolf Blitzer. Below is the topic on atrocities in the numbered "Jewels of Truth" series of #1385 for a long off Volume 4 on spiritual wisdom.

1385) All atrocities always seem senseless as an absurd act that defies all that is rational. Although a common misconception of assigning normalcy to the bizarre confuses all.

Those that ask innocently or with subterfuge why God would allow such victimization? Must realize one thing this is a living world with competing interests. Not all of which are of a wholesome nature of well being. Life is full of mystery and paradoxes that cause contradiction to occur within people and events. When Christ spoke to love your enemies, even those that have caused much bloodshed. He was speaking from a place of redemption of the soul of a benign to wicked enemy in your lives. Forgiveness is a very personal act of self-healing when a hurtful betrayal is encountered. Compassion is a shared experience when a love in all tenderness should be offered in order to heal and console the afflicted. Not all pain is equal in the proportion that it causes suffering. A painful experience that is forced upon the innocent. Can be reduced in grief and suffering over time with forgiveness and compassion.

Grieving will require resent, anger, and hate to be experienced as part of the healing process. However those that get stuck on such destructive emotions may inadvertently share such rage. To unrelated innocent persons along the way. Do not I Implore You expand the circle of hatred by victimizing yourself or harming the innocent at a future time. Only because you couldn't let go of a vendetta as a cold act of revenge or retribution. Release such malice unto God and the Angels so as to heal your spirit fully.
