Hello All,
I hope many of you are enjoying the changing of climate from spring to summer during this period of the year. Albeit here in Florida our summer came earlier in spring time with a warmer season. A shout out to "Armed Forces Day" coming this 3rd Saturday of the month of May here in the States. A tribute to our five branches of the American military at least that's how it's celebrated in America. Numerous other nations across the globe have their own version of this holiday as well.
Today's "Jewels of Truth" trio of original spiritual wisdom statements was first written back in early July 2009. On the topics of being: Holy, Prayer, and Grieving. In the numbered series of #966-968.

966) We are all holy beings in a true spiritual essence created in the Image and likeness of our maker God. Although we may not always pride ourselves of this attribute due to our mortal failings. When we conduct ourselves in a manner not befitting our spiritual inheritance. We can grow in a holy stature by reclaiming it "Day by day" or as needed "Moment by moment". As we open our minds and hearts to the divine "Holy Spirit" in our midst than the majesty that is God will carry us forward. Past our turbulent lives with a resolve like no other, akin to a blessed wind at our backs. Then we create a conduit or channel directly into our spiritual being that begins as a humble "Drip drop" like within a subterranean cavern. If we persist throughout the years in reclaiming our spiritual identity for our highest good. We grow renewed that once humble channel of life affirming nourishment. Turns into a formidable torrent of a subterranean river coursing through our being out into our loved ones and quite especially into our common environment. With all the endowed graces followed by a holy providence to settle our debts into blessed credits. That only God and his Angels can weave into our reality as the co-creators of our blessed fate. 967) Wherever our hearts may be so is a dearly felt supplication to God(dess) in an instant of grand exaltation. Many of us relish to be loved and especially to love in return by the nature God has bestowed upon our souls. However we may falter by not knowing our inherited graces by denying ourselves. The privilege of knowing God on a very personal devotional basis. It is only when we honor our truest sense of ourselves by listening to our gentle hearts with a compassionate mind. That we can achieve in prayer a union with the heavenly divine which is sacred within our own being. Your God, my God, our God by whatever tradition you observe the creator and ascribe to in holy names. In such a holy instant that we have been receptive to our hearts followed by its gentle murmurs as a form of guidance. Such is the divine pleasure of knowing our hearts as a form of prayer where we listen instead of speaking directly with God. Amen. ---Ivan Pozo-Illas / Atrayo.
968) How hurt one must feel when a dearly loved one succumbs to his or her own mortality by perishing from this world of ours. Many see this often as a sudden departure as a shock to our psyche, if not to our emotional hearts. Where a process of grieving must ensue if not emotional and mental difficulties would persist to our determent.
There is another alternative that can be realized and taken to heart. When a soul releases from their physical body they do so in relief. Literally the "Weight of the World" passes away from their corporeal form. They pass through the eye of the needle as a sliver or a veil between the dimensions of creation onto the realms of Spirit. The longer those loved ones who are mourning a death. The departed spirit of such a soul will empathize your pain and suffering. Clinging onto you like an anchor out of a selfless devotion of love. Those of you who are grieving must at one point release through surrendering your pain back to God. Allowing both of you to move onwards with your own destinies be they divergent paths or not. Smothering your mourning pain as a very selfish act will ensure your grief to be maintained. Give your consent that your dearly departed loved one to move into their own version of paradise with God everlasting.
Paradoxically surrendering your grief will allow it to be replaced with something better. Akin to a recycling of your emotions giving a space for solace to take hold. This is the path of a personal recovery of a death of a loved. This will be your healing balm to move forward with a confidence even if its feels shaky. The days and months will eventually blur into years if not decades if your granted a long life on this Earth. The memories of joy and love shared and created with your kin strengthens your bonds well into heaven. They become immortal through your blessed memories when you invoke them in tenderness. Ultimately God(dess) is the keeper as a repository of all such everlasting memories of absolute love.
