I just wanted to break away for a moment from my usual trio of "Jewels of Truth" statements each month. To include this original material I was inspired to write back in March 2003. So see this as another flash from my past collection of notebooks for a contemplative journey to consider in one's own mind.

"The Path To Avatarhood: Ascension Through The Soul"

Everyone wishes for a genie and their destined three wishes. So as to fulfill their own version of glory in this life. Perhaps the best wish of perfection sought can be to make no wish at all. Why make a wish for something that is already yours to begin within the grandeur of God's design? Everything is yours already, the method in claiming your good is the Journey to personal fulfillment. In whatever way you decree that such a definition becomes a realization for you. The trick is the path to complete such a transition of evolving through the ultimate looking glass within your soul. That will fill your being as a bridge between realities for a non-linear scope of living that will remake your mortal understanding. Into a lucid spiritual immortal comprehension of being in the totality of creation. Such a way of life can take one into a myriad of realities for the benefit of one's own soul. And, for those such a person will care about will live through them as their essence of being for all times.
This essence is a unconditional Love expressed in moderation that can take a soul from the "Omega" (End Point). A person will find them self within their concurrent life up to that stage of development. Back to a blessed "Alpha" (New Beginning) on the behalf of grace, which is also where a person already resides within the constant presence of God. Whereabouts all fields of reality are simultaneously expressed in a person's soul as a complete "Circle of Life". A persons or an entity's soul is a non-linear expression not governed by inferior thought patterns of a fragmented linear viewpoint. A concurrent non-linear reality is intermingled with your perceived state of mind. So that all manners of life can and should co-exist with itself on a paradoxical scale from the micro to the macro in what many call "Infinity & Eternity".
Stop and think where you are and notice you are in a process of soul gestation in the womb of God(dess) always. There is thankfully no where that God is not as a reality,including your nocturnal dreams. Give yourself Peace and know all things you seek by Love Absolute (without conditions) will not harm you or others. But only further the "Will of God" as a blessed journey of souls. 887) Our souls are immaculate due to the indwelling Spirit of God within our being. Such a state of inner grace is wonderful to behold in the scope and tenderness a person can achieve in this life. However with a perfect soul we are full of contrasts due to the human condition. Humanity, much like any physical beings are flawed by their own essential nature. Thus the inner striving for a higher truth in living is made that more elegant in the eyes of creation. We are God(dess) in the Infinite variety of life as mother nature so vividly displays in sublime abundance.

888) For those who yearn for a unity of all sorts of love, there you are within its wholesome embrace. None of us have left the silent but yet powerful embrace of the maker God. It is only our ego based thinking that causes a false schism where the truth of unity is in full bloom. Surrender your false assumptions onto the Lord God and be set free once again in the splendor of his grand majesty in our daily lives. Doing so relives the tension in our minds and hearts allowing us to move forward. To where we need to be at that stage of our own being. Let go and live deeply within the Love of God(dess). 889) The great pillars of a society are: education, the arts, and athletics. From these three avenues of creative efforts be they cooperative or competitive in nature. Promote goodwill amongst your neighbors. However in such a society there needs to be the rule of law under fair and just terms of daily living. Whenever one class of people trump another than misuse and abuse will cause a society to become dysfunctional. Personal liberties must straddle the needs of the whole society, otherwise disharmony will ensue.
All societies must function with a balanced form of commerce and trade with significant oversight as to its own deliberations. If not unfair conduct will yield corruption, greed, abuse, and total incompetence. A pluralistic society needs civic participation, not just from elected officials or diplomats, but from the common ordinary citizen. All must have an emotional investment in their society lest they forget they're social responsibilities, and discredit their true value overall.
A society of peace makers must first rule themselves wisely, before they have a true responsibility to aid other fellow societies. Governance Concept: Ethics & Accountability In Election Campaign Reform
Hello All,
When I state "Campaign Reform" I'm not speaking about the amount of financing from donors into political elections. My concept will cover two different segments of campaign reform that some sort of headway needs to be pursued.
The first is to bolster voter confidence and participation into our Constitutional Republic democracy. When political candidates during an election campaign either directly or indirectly by a proxy group attack the personality of a rival. It is demoralizing not just to the one receiving the often baseless warping of the facts. But it tortures the Issues facing the populace as a whole be it at the: Local, State, or Federal levels of governance. Such childish "Tit for Tat" attacks further antagonizes the voters with misinformation by solidifying ill informed stances on the issues at hand.
What I propose is a series of penalties to be codified into Campaign Reform Law. A simple primer so that the law makers and their legal wordsmiths do not get confused.
The possible penalties could be:
A) To be liable and prosecuted in the Civil & State Courts for "Hate Speech".
Hate speech in so far using campaign literature and media airtime to attack a political rival. Be it their political history, military service history, personal character assassination, and religious background.
B) To disqualify for a period of years from any sort of elected or appointed political office in government.
Basically to be "Black Listed" for conduct that is demeaning in the public domain during an election campaign. Be it in the confines of using slander, liable, hate speech, or defaming a political rival during an election campaign.
C) To pay specified penalty fines for each campaign media spot. That is considered as demeaning as stated above in "A & B" that is aired or displayed in the public domain. By displayed meaning: direct mail pieces, pamphlets, billboards, posters, or other forms of printed media.
This option basically bankrupts the political war chest of a would be person running for elected office.
The above trio of penalties for campaign attacks against a rival during a campaign. I consider to be "Part 1" of my election campaign reform.

"Part 2", consists of accountability of "Campaign Promises" made to the voters in order to get into elected office.
How many times have voters elected a suave charismatic politician into elected office. Where once inside government it turns out to be a case of "Dr. Jeckal & Mr. Hyde" in regards to the policies and agendas that is pursued.
Again my proposal is to offer a set of penalties. To those who have little to no intentions as political tricksters in attempting to pursue their campaign promises. I will not fault the politician that in full earnest attempts to dialogue and engage his or her own associates in government or the citizenry. But for those who are hypocrites they deserve a set of political and governmental penalties imposed on them. This will force politicians to think twice before they open their mouth. In what they seek to accomplish whilst in elected office.
Here is another set of three potential penalties that can be codified into political Campaign Reform law.
A) In failure to uphold campaign promises during an election campaign. The elected member of government is denied from running as an incumbent. In the same office for the next term of elections.
Basically denying the politician from running again for a second term. Be it in the: Local, State, or Federal government level. However it doesn't forbid them from running in another post up for election. Akin to playing musical chairs jumping from post to post.
B) A Monetary penalty fine is imposed at the end of their term in office. It can consist of 10% of their combined salary during their term. Or 10% as an example of their total economic self-worth in terms of assets.
Basically hitting the politician in the wallet where it is meant to hurt. By their practice of deception and misleading the citizenry in false intentions.
C) A public apology at the end of their term to those in government and the citizenry for a lack of leadership. Without making excuses or blaming something else for their own lack of initiative to even engage on the issues promised.
This one is the least painful and may be considered more of a slap on the wrist. It may in fact increase their political popularity rating in the short term by showing humility. By stating his or her own weakness and vulnerability and making a stand to do better the next time around. (Doesn't that sound like another hollow "Campaign Promise"?)
This is all in an attempt to strengthen "Campaign Reform" and the public discourse. Through participation of those in government and the citizenry to continue to build up our democracy. And, not allow the all too often political mud slinging in election campaigns. That cause agony to the voters even if it is on a subliminal basis.

Pharmaceutical Concept: Athletic Perspiration Gel
Hello There,
This is another concept I originally wrote down in my collection of notebooks back in 2008.
This pharmaceutical over the counter product is best suited for those who work in the outdoors or for athletes. It consists of a water soluble gel that is applied to the skin much like sun block lotions. However it allows the person using this "Athletic Perspiration Gel" to maintain a neutral body temperature when conducting physical labor.
This is in order to relieve and avoid heat exhaustion out in the field. Besides allowing the applier of such a perspiration gel to prolong their laborious duty. Examples of potential applications are for the cited: Athletes, Construction Workers, Landscapers, Fire Fighters, Park Rangers, etc...
Overall this pharmaceutical product is essential in preventing heat stroke and stemming the effects of physical exhaustion. However one must stay hydrated by drinking liquids and this gel like product still allows the person to perspire (sweat) as usual. All it does is simply allow one to maintain a neutral body temperature for an extended period of time whilst doing physical activity.

885) A knowledgeable person alone does not make a leader. A leader is a person whom wills he's or her own energies into a format others can adhere to in decisive action. A solely knowledgeable person does not make a complete and capable leader. An accumulation of facts, figures, and jargon may be impressive in terms of intelligence. But does little in being a successful leader of oneself or amongst others yet still. Leadership is a responsibility not to be taken lightly. However balanced it is so as to not become a burden that can not be delegated and shared appropriately. 886) The Mind of God(dess) is the total and absolute living record of all knowledge and wisdom ever conceived in all creations. Such a depository of all life is vital for the growth of all living beings to siphon into their fathomed realities. The "God Mind" has all recorded memory ever experienced by any living being. These memories aren't dormant as in a physical library. These memories are dynamic from the individual authors themselves via a collective of spiritual entities. That has lived them in its fullest scope of the term as in their "Highest Selves". Instead of books the knowledge, experiences, and memories are ushered forth by the souls who lived them in Creation. The God Mind is accessed within eternity itself as if utilizing a fulcrum within one's very own soul. These resources are always delivered via an illumination of Spirit to those willing and capable of receiving such awareness as a living vessel in creation and of God(dess). "Jewels of Truth" Series Hits Its 1,000th Statement / Quotation
Hello All,
Just a little over a week ago I reached a personal milestone I wanted to share with you. Where by I reached the 1,000th "Jewels of Truth" series statement slash quotation. Go figure, I've written over 1,000 of these spiritual wisdom statements. And, I'm not sure if I should call them a: statement, quotation, or proverb. Funny isn't it.
Without a further adieu the topic of this 1,000th statement is on "History".

1000) With history there can be errors due to the version that is being written. Who are the authors and are they fully sincere in presenting the full truth as it has occurred? Is it from a period of humanity that a present day society to come knows sufficient facts? Will the bias or fallacies of a people overly influence the outcome of which history is being taught? Such as replacing true history with an ideologues propaganda to suit their restricted agenda. A full history is one with a diversity of events and how these isolated occurrences are woven into a frame work of the inner spirit of humanity. Without a proper forethought of where we've been as a people. We will certainly fall in the same pothole as our ancestors, deservingly so. Our tomorrows are yet to be written, it is only with our present and past interpretations we should be responsible for as its authors.

TV Show Concept: "Juarez: The Call To Arms"
Hello All,
The other day whilst watching CNN I noticed their Iraq war correspondent Mr. Michael Ware. During a spot coverage in the Mexican city of "Juarez". Regarding the drug war with cartels along the U.S. Border. Where it is almost akin to a criminal cartel civil war with government forces.
If Americans weren't so worried regarding our economy or that of the "War on Terror" in Iraq or Afghanistan. This drug cartel war with the Mexican government police and military forces would receive more news coverage. The sad fact it isn't, and the innocent slaughter is dying without their stories being told.
What I'm suggesting is a reality television series along the lines what "FOX" television or "A&E" (Art's & Entertainment) cable channel does in TV content. Such as reality TV shows of: COPS (FOX); America's Most Wanted (FOX); U.S. Marshals (A&E); Jacked (A&E); Steven Segal: Lawman (A&E); Dog "The Bounty Hunter" (A&E); etc...
"Juarez: The Call To Arms" would be in a similar vein of reality TV content. Which is heavy on the law enforcement reality and the human drama such as the costs to society at large.
"Juarez: The Call To Arms", will be a sobering show how the drug cartel war being fought on the edge of the U.S. southern Border. If not its consequences spilling over into our American Streets. Where the illicit drug trade feeds our drug addicts. By which the illegal revenues gained by American Street Gangs. Funnels such wicked riches back to the drug cartels to obtain additional cutting edge fire arms and man power. To fight other encroaching drug cartels if not Mexican government forces. Be they the sometimes corrupt police forces and/or the military called in as a stop gap measure to maintain the peace. Than there's the horror stories of innocent men, women, and especially children gunned down to send a message.
Believe it or not but Mexico has the notorious title of the "Kidnap" capital of the World. Beating out Iraq during its hay day of bombing attacks in Baghdad or elsewhere.
The reality TV show would hire "War Correspondents" to cover the most violent scenes. Which many portions will have to be censored so as to be fit for American audiences. However the reality series can be syndicated to other areas in Latin America if not Europe. Where the censorship isn't as rigid in what is restricted.
The TV shows format will cover the stories of the police and military forces. As they apprehend these criminal elements within Mexico. With additional biography regarding the many factions that make up the drug cartels. Perhaps with some minor coverage via the Mexican Court system in convictions. Of these more despicable cartel leaders that are captured alive. With the stories of the human collateral costs within families and civil society.
The TV series "Juarez: The Call To Arms" coverage can continue State side as well. Within the confines of the United States, how the drug cartel war with Mexico. Is affecting our U.S. Southern border towns be it with smuggling of drugs and human trafficking. With additional reporting on how the distribution of drugs from the pay outs along the route to the pushers and the buyers. Which Street Gangs in America are growing stronger and morphing into criminal syndicates or cartels of their own within our major U.S. cities.
Within each episode of "Juarez: The Call To Arms" there can be a thoughtful analysis. Of the cost in "Blood & Bullets" in fighting such a drug war for both Mexico and the U.S.. What are the sociological impacts be it from inaction or worse losing to the drug cartels if the pressure isn't kept up by law enforcement.
This is a story that hasn't been told in such a holistic manner to date. "Juarez: The Call To Arms" can be one of the first to do so, If permitted.

Gems of Opportunity: Debris Reclamation and Recycling Concept: The Maritime Recycling Wreckers
Hello All,
Back in August 3rd, 2007 on this blog of mine. I wrote down a concept regarding purifying a flooded monsoon waters to a waiting supertanker ship. Water Supply Concept: Purifying Monsoon and Flood Waters Via Supertanker Vessels That will act as a floating water filtration plant where during transit will create clean potable drinking water. To be resold at its next "Port of Call" be it to nations like China, India, or elsewhere in the developed world.
Now today's concept is from my collection of notebooks regarding abstract solutions as I envision them. This concept of debris reclamation from natural disasters or recyclable municipal waste from landfills or otherwise. Was originally penned back on June 9th, 2008 in my notebook.
Picture a fleet of single or double hull super tank ships nearing retirement. That are converted with a recycling processing plant on board such a vessel. Where the super tanker with a new lease on life can reprocess and reclaim bulk materials. From a God forsaken natural disaster nearly anywhere in the world. Where a fleet of construction truck haulers can gather and haul off for a fee. All the bulk tonnage of materials that would otherwise be discarded and end up in a landfill.
The truck fleet similar to a Congo line heads to the port of call. Where an awaiting reprocessing supertanker ship is docked. Where at each Port of Call the supertanker ship unfurls a portable triage center. That will act as an industrial intake center to sort the debris via conveyor belts onto a section of the cargo holds.
Even whilst in port, the supertanker maritime wrecker reprocessing / recycling plant will be in full swing. Whereby allowing the import of additional debris materials to be in-sourced. Before ever reaching full capacity in its cargo holds. After departing and during transit to its next port of call. The maritime wrecker reprocessing plant will reverse engineer (recycle) the debris to its base materials.
Allowing the super tanker to unload such manufacturing commodities to 3rd parties. At its next port which the unloaded reclaimed and recycled commodities can be transferred to another vessel. To complete the chain of the distribution of reclaimed materials to other awaiting customers. Be they in: China, India, Brazil, Germany, or in other industrialized countries with a manufacturing base of operations.
Another off-shoot from this main concept as explained above. Is a super tanker that of instead of reprocessing debris from natural disasters. Can with a similar fleet of construction truck haulers. (If the trucks are leased or wholly-owned is another matter in question) Would haul off excess waste from a municipal landfill if not other junker sites such as vehicles.
Where as explained above the super tanker maritime wrecker would unfurl a portable intake triage center. To sort junk vehicles, mothballed aircraft's, consumer electronics, metals, plastics, chemicals, rubber, glass, petroleum base products, etc... All to be reverse engineered into commodities that can be exported by ship elsewhere.
If the initial converted super tanker maritime wrecker proves to be a success. Than successor ships can be converted that would've otherwise become mothballed themselves. Creating a small fleet of reprocessing plant supertankers sailing the world. To meet the needs of a host nation needing their services from each port of call.

Governance Concept: Separation of Corporation and State
Hello All,
Much like the "Separation of Church & State" ushered by Thomas Jefferson one of the Founding Fathers of our American Constitution. America today and tomorrow in its governing process in terms of: local, State, & Federal Government. Needs a "Separation of Corporation & State". Yes, America in the middle to late 20th century has benefited from many of the practices of corporate management & administration. Much like America has benefited from having a pluralistic religious identity.
Nonetheless corporate and other foreign national interests have trumped the ordinary U.S. citizen from the turn of the 20th century. Unabated due to greed and a continued breach of public trust our corporations shall become nearly unstoppable. If not "Above Our Laws" in regards of their collective conduct if not flagrant attempts to garner political and commercial interest support.
We shall lose our "Republic" and we shall deserve it. For being blind to the nearly endless coffers of Corporate or Multi-National Interests in our America. Can we keep our Republic as Benjamin Franklin put it so aptly? Or shall we morph into a Corporate & Industrial Complex Empire? Where our Monarchs shall be the Titans of Wall Street where ordinary citizens become indebted to them.
This entry is not meant to be a Manifesto but a suggestion to take a righteous turn for our combined betterment. Be it as how each of us see's fit in order to maintain our Peace & Prosperity as Americans.
If our Politicians fear the loss of corporate revenue into their election campaign coffers. Than lets assail those fears and release them from having to run political fund raisers until they become exhausted. By having our Federal / State Governments create a new department under the "Secretary of State" office.
Whereby all political campaign contributions will come strictly from the Federal & State Governments. No more special interest groups providing campaign contributions to our politicians. All Media Spots be it: Television, Internet, Radio, etc... shall allow political campaign advertisements. Under the guise of "Eminent Domain" of the public air waves similar in regards how an "emergency broadcast alert" is allowed.
In return politicians can not accept corporate contributions or gifts. Be they trips on corporate jets or destinations, or promises of future employment. If so they will be committing "treason" and be punishable as a criminal felon.
All face time or communication with our Elected or Appointed governmental officials, Congressman, Judicial members, or those in Diplomatic posts. Shall document all communications be it verbally by minutes or in a digital format by a media device. In regards in dealing with Lobbyists, PAC's (Political Action Committee's), Special Interest Groups, Activists, Ordinary Citizen Issues or Complaints, or Multi-National Foreign Interests. Where it will be made publicly available where applicable, be it online on the Internet, in a secure location with prior visitor screening, or sealed away due to National Security interests.
A three strike policy can be developed for failure to document all ingoing and out going communications. The first offense is admonishment, the second offense is censure, the third offense is removal from office. The punishment will not go to staffers alone the burden will be equally shared by the one they serve. Be it elected or appointed governmental officials.
In regards to the revolving door between politicians and corporate America. Especially where a blatant "Conflict of Interest" occurs to a ruling committee member within government. That is immediately hired by the Industry they were governing via committee. This will stop or it shall be considered punishable by the State as a form of Treasonous behavior.
In its place an elected of appointed governmental committee member will wait 24 months. Before accepting employment within the industry sector they were governing whilst in office. In the meanwhile the former politician can work in the non-profit private sector instead. Serving those in need to whatever capacity for the public good and common trust.
All this is a path of a more robust Democracy within the United States of America. Otherwise we forfeit our liberty and shall deserve in full measure akin to fools what we shall reap in its place.

Changing Winds.org "Winter Warmth Drive"
Hello All,
I've never done this before on my blog site. But, it is a worthy charity serving the rural needy of the Lakota Reservation in South Dakota. "Changing Winds", is worthy of honorable mention during our Holiday period of the year. If not throughout the year for their other programs dealing with Lakota Children.
Here is an excerpt with a recent email I had with a staff member of "Changing Winds".org, Ms. Christine Rose. Regarding their annual "Winter Warmth Drive" for the winter season ending 2009-2010.
It goes without saying a small community of 300 people in a rural area of South Dakota. Within the Grand U.S.A. in living conditions you would find in a 3rd World status nation.
Unfortunately this is nothing new to the Lakota or the myriad of Tribal communities in our Great Land. This has been ongoing for decades if not generations, this is not something you'll ever hear about in the liberal news press of: CNN, MSNBC, or PBS.
It's difficult to be a proud American when segments of her people are in economic depression status all year round, if not worse. (re: the high suicide rates of Lakota young males)

"Right now we have enough goods to fill a 26" truck that we will be sending to a community of 300 people in the rural area of Pine Ridge. Wanblee is home to severely impoverished Lakota people. Very few have cars, and gas is expensive, and the job rate is 85% because there are no jobs. About 85% go without heat all winter. This particular community is more then an hour away from the downtown of Pine Ridge, which is where most donations go, and two hours away from the nearest shopping and job areas. Our truck will go right into the community, and through a traditional Give Away, coats, blankets, childrens and adult clothing, beds, bureaus, hats and gloves will be given first to the elderly, then the children, then to families. Right now, we are raising funds to get that truck out there. Your donation will go directly, and 100%, to that.Best wishes and thank you so much for your generosity!!! God(dess), is not in his / her truest purest form an animal, plant, insect, nor even a mineral or bacteria.
God(dess)"s, truest purest form is that of Spirit itself. A Holy Divine Spirit of Infinite Light. That shines within all life forms, no matter their: shape, size, mass, or volume.
God(dess), is within us as Spirit, and we are alive because of such a gift of Life. Amen.
