Here we are on the first day of Summer on this 21st day of the month of June. Here in Florida there was hardly any sort of the season of Spring to be had or experienced. It seems that this year of 2011 we have been given two Summers to enjoy and live by as fully as we can.

In this months entry of the "Jewels of Truth" series. We will be exploring the topics of: surrender, chances, and that of prayer itself. Again as always these are all original spiritual wisdom statements. Which I penned back in late March 2009 now seeing the light of day for the first time.

Enjoy them, as I have enjoyed writing and sharing them in this humble oasis of the Internet.

936) When one surrenders their emotional pain and mental anguish to God and his Angels. One gladly will enter into a contract of well being and that of true wonder. What the angels through God accomplish with your surrendered pain and suffering is akin to the miraculous. The angels as messengers of the one true and dynamically living God(dess). Take your prayers and supplications and purify them within the living waters of God's absolute Love. Once the purification's have taken place over time here on Earth it is sprinkled for our benefit upon us. So the response does not always arrive all at once, but over intervals of time as a dimension in how it is applied and appropriated for us. By allowing our daily consumption due to how we conduct ourselves by a just temperament and willingness to receive such a blessedness. Miracles do occur where time is an instrument of measure is not warranted. In such cases the full Divine essence is received remarkably intact for the recipients need and by the beautiful mercy of God on full display.

So release your worries unto the Lord God so that the Angels in Heaven through God may bless you fully. Do not lament in shame and prideful vindication that you deserve more of "this or that". God who is in Heaven, the Earth, and especially in your Heart knows your needs. But only needs your consent to act in response to how well you conduct yourself by righteous deeds. Doing so will grant you the necessary love and peace to overcome all your perceived obstacles and troubles by grace. What we offer up to God in droplets will return to us purified and filled with a joyous wonder. As if waves upon ceaseless waves of unconditional love are thrust upon us. 937) God loves second chances especially for those individuals who are dedicated to their own mission in this one life. Where such a purpose becomes a heart felt passion that allows them to surmount who they were in a prior way of life. Second chances are not chances that are denied, just withheld for a moment until we are in agreement with our own true convictions. Than and only then can the true excitement of exploring such a purpose take hold. With a child like wonder where many things become possible that once before were not. Such a splendor of a "second chance" is one of grace ready to be accepted at a moments notice. 938) With the beauty of prayer there is always a hope of a response that is both well meaning and glorious. However the response of an answered prayer may not always appear to us in a manner we can fully comprehend at such a moment. In the fullness of the present moment it is always best that a soul purifies his or her own intent before the very "Will of God(dess)". So as to make the prayer sincere according to the Holy precepts of an actual need or desire to be acted upon by grace. In order to purify or wash your intent in a Holy Light away from the shadows of worry or discontent. By all means use unconditional Love as the agent of purification. So as to insure a blessed outcome for all concerned.

Do not persecute your prayers with worry or angst. Let go that which is not good for you in spirit, such tense emotional behavior will drain you and the prayer of its good and just intent. Instead with thanksgiving in your heart, mind, and upon your lips silently praise God(dess) that the outcome of your prayer is already on its way to you. Be delighted like a child filled with a wondrous outlook that the outcome to your prayers have been bathed within God's own pure love for you. Today I penned another original very deep thought regarding meta-physics that may take several readings to fully digest. It's implications are far reaching in terms as to how well we wish to develop our Divinity in this reality we call "Life". This is also part of Volume 4 of the working manuscript still writing itself in the "Jewels of Truth" spiritual wisdom series.

"One As God Is With Us As Us"

1144) All souls are combined through God(dess) as one total reality. What this means is that the very Spirit of the One and only meta-god of all lesser gods. In this our metaphysical reality is unto him or herself in sheer essence and substance. Life and Death, the Heavens and the Earth, the universe and creation are all one streamed thru put of a layered existence. The common unifying factor to make it all as "One" is God(dess) in Spirit form or the "Holy Spirit (Ghost)" itself.

Paradoxically our personalized souls is the "Soul of God(dess)" as well. We are micro expressions utilizing the identical meta-soul of God in the macro metaphysical reality. To take this example further all life be it: bacteria, mineral, plant, insects, fish, animal, and so forth contains an equal allotment or portion of the soul or "Spirit of God" that is within the very fiber of our souls. God(dess), has no favorites we are all equal in terms to the very micro metaphysical size of our souls in relation to all of life surrounding us in this very instance.

However we may utilize our own divinity through the scope and powers of our soul is far different than the next life born or ghostly entity. Picture in metaphor God(dess) as the city landscape as to the totality of his/her being in Spirit/Soul form. We through God(dess) are citizens to this fabulous metropolis be it Heaven itself. By our spiritual symbiotic relationship with God, since his soul in the macro is our soul in the micro personalized as us. We have access to the Absolute essence and substance of God(dess) in totality for Free As A Gift. Not so much that God owns us, how can a person own their own eye, just because they were born with it initially. Having total access to God by means of prayers, meditations, contemplations, and so much more. We can experience the "Oneness of Creation" spiritually in so much we can carry an object or an idea. Consider a boy or girl via their muscles can only carry a few pounds at a time. Our Divinity if exercised like a muscle can carry its approximation and no more. We as souls can carry or worship God(dess) by how deeply we can love unconditionally in moderation. Or how much weight of our souls can hold meta-physically by experiencing God directly through our sacred Love. Amen.

Gems of Opportunity: Immigration Law Concept: The "American Civil Reconciliation and Patriotism Act" (ACRPA)

The above subject title is still a collective figment of our imagination in America. It is something I'm coining for the very 1st time in how to address the "Illegal Immigrant" issue in our grand U.S.A. What I'm about to propose may make too much common sense that many lobbying groups will squirm in "Fits and Angst". I'm proposing a system that directs the Federal and State governments to process on a macro scale the 20 plus million Illegal Aliens in our country.

What follows below is a 3 step process in order of succession:

First, all Illegal Aliens or unauthorized Immigrants in our country must step forward voluntarily. (there's a later segment of those forced into this ACRPA program) Those that come forward freely will be noted with fewer demands than those forced into the program by ICE (Immigration Customs Enforcement) or other Federal Law Enforcement agencies. Any Illegal Alien felons or those having committed a string of misdemeanor offenses in a short period of time. (time frame to be devised) Are forbidden from ever participating in this ACRPA program and are subject to procedural deportation abroad. As is already under the law after being convicted of their crimes and serving their time in U.S. prisons. Of those otherwise law-abiding Illegal Immigrants that the only crime is an illegal entry into our country they are eligible for this "American Civil Reconciliation and Patriotism Act" Federally mandated program.

Section A, of this first stage, is all Illegal Immigrants enrolled in this ACRPA program. Be they voluntarily or forced into the program by Federal law enforcement agencies. Must pay monthly or annual membership dues for the upkeep and funding of their personal accounts within this system. Membership for Illegal Aliens within this ACRPA program will span at least 50% of the generating revenue in order to operate this Federal Immigration program. The other 10-20% of this revenue will come from mid, large, or global companies/corporations as employers of said Illegal Immigrants. (small businesses are exempt due to the hardships that would otherwise be imposed on them) The remainder of the funding would come from the Federal and State partners in order to operate this ACRPA program. In the vicinity of the government paying up to 30-40% depending on what offending employers provide in funding revenue through their penalty monetary charges.

Section B, of this first stage, is those Illegal Aliens having committed "Identity Theft Fraud" in order to have gained employment in the United States. Must declare such a crime voluntarily in order to make restitution to the identity theft victim(s). This will be an underpinning in order for those Illegal Immigrants to proceed under such an ACRPA program. A financial audit will be conducted from the beginning of the ID theft by the Illegal Alien. In order to gauge how much in Federal and State taxes have been paid by the Illegal Alien under such a false identity. Including how much in fraudulent charges of incurred debt to the Identity theft victim(s). Whichever number is greater in either taxes paid or fraudulent debts incurred will be the amount of the financial restitution to the Identity Theft victim(s). Since the ID theft victim(s) will most likely have personal protection identity theft insurance provided by any number of outlets already. This is to teach a lesson that ID theft as a crime does not pay in the end there is a consequence for such an action.

However, if the Illegal Alien having stolen someone's identity but has been responsible for the financial upkeep of such a stolen identity. After such a required financial audit can be declared as to causing only minimal harm. Henceforth to be waived from making financial restitution payments to the ID theft victim(s).

Second, either by negligence or outright disregard for authorized employment within the United States any American or Foreign National corporate entity, allowed to offer employment within America. That knowingly or unknowingly harbors Illegal Aliens or Illegal Immigrants within their own workforce will be liable and be charged with both monetary fines and penalties if their conduct is egregious. In so far to allow ICE (Immigration Customs Enforcement) or other Federal law enforcement agencies to conduct random on the spot facility inspections. Be they of the workforce or request of records in so far as to the corporations allowing a quarterly audit of their records. (be it financial or of their workforce)

This is where American Lobbying groups will squirm with "Fits and Angst" as I stated in the introduction. Besides being charged with monetary fines and penalties of up to 10-20% in funding such an ACRPA Federal Immigration program. (at least for the offending Mid to Globally sized corporations) They will be subject to random local inspections if not Raids by Federal Law Enforcement agencies. (State and Local Law Enforcement cannot interfere or demand an Illegal Alien their Immigration Status, unless having committed a felony.) Where also there will be quarterly audits of their records be they of their personnel or financial from the offending regions. Where the crime of employing Illegal Aliens was first discovered. Any American or Foreign corporate firm stating innocence when caught "Red Handed" with an Illegal Immigrant workforce will do so through their own negligence or wanton criminal conduct.

Illegal Aliens that are caught during an inspection or raid of an employer premises by ICE or other Federal law enforcement agencies. That is not wanted for prior criminal warrants will be forced into the ACRPA program or face direct deportation if they refuse repeatedly. Once under Federal custody, all Illegal Aliens will receive a primer educative session on what the ACRPA entails on a whole basis. If the Illegal Immigrant still refuses enrollment into such a Federal Immigration program. They have opened themselves for a means to deportation, not unlike those who are otherwise felons for their serious crimes.

Those Illegal Immigrants that are seized in an inspection or raid by ICE or other Federal Law Enforcement agencies. That is voluntarily involved and enrolled within the scope of the ACRPA Federal Immigration program. Are flagged as compliant and free to go without harm or any sort of discrimination.

Third, the entire reason for being for this ACRPA program is to provide Illegal Immigrants a legal bonafide U.S. Green Card and work VISA to remain within the U.S.A. After successful completion of this ACRPA program, a prior Illegal Alien is now classified as a Legal Immigrant after 3 years time. Having met all the requirements and terms of the "American Civil Reconciliation and Patriotism Act". Where they are then allowed to apply for U.S. Citizenship like any other Legal Immigrant. Basically, any Illegal Alien is forced to the back of the line through the ACRPA program. After a successful completion, they will have an advantage over those that would otherwise follow the law as a legal Immigrant. But the penalty is the time frame of a three year period of staying complaint within the ACRPA program.

Those Illegal Aliens that have been in America for a decade or less are liable to be enrolled in this ACRPA Federal Immigration program. Be they select themselves voluntarily or are forced into it by Federal Law Enforcement agencies. Those Illegal Immigrants having lived in the United States for longer than a decade can be subject to a shortened version of this ACRPA program.

Now here's the real fruit of this ACRPA program that all Illegal Immigrants in order to stay complaint whilst paying their member dues. Must attend an ESOL (English as a Second Language) educative coursework program. That is provided by the local public school district at designated night schools, or at a local community college campus. Those Illegal Aliens that show a prior competency of the English language can be waived from taking the ESOL coursework. By taking an oral, reading, and written exam of the English language which is basically the ESOL final exams.

Next, that all members of the ACRPA must take American History and Civics classes similar to what those that are applying for U.S. Citizenship must undergo. Remember I stated at the beginning of this third stage that those under the ACRPA program will have a Head Start. But will go to the back of the line due to the 3-year time frame in fulfilling the requirements and terms of this program.

Lastly, all members of the ACRPA program must subject themselves to 300-500 volunteer hours during the scope of the program. However, the member wishes to slice those hours in the capacity of volunteerism from a designated list of either secular or religious charitable organizations. The reason for this volunteerism is to silence the carping from naysayers. That all Illegal Aliens are a drain on our social services to the poor or the needy. Any such perceived drain on American social services will be altered and turned into a benefit for America and the Illegal Aliens as a whole. By fulfilling a requirement of 300-500 volunteer hours to sanctioned secular or religious charitable organizations within America. Those Illegal Aliens that are disabled can receive a shorter amount of volunteer hours, or be completely waived from this requirement.

Another point those Federally endorsed volunteer corps such as "Ameri Corps" for example. Can be among the list of secular charitable or volunteer organizations that the "American Civil Reconciliation and Patriotism Act" can provide to the members of such a program. Since programs like "Ameri Corps" provide assistance for college tuition and if not minimum wage jobs to its volunteers to list only two of the benefits.

The "American Civil Reconciliation and Patriotism Act" will restore civil discourse to both Americans and Immigrants of all sorts be they Legal and Illegal Aliens. If only our Federal Government provides the leadership and the motivation to inspire its citizens to act responsibly and humanely. We can all be proud Americans and filled with a sense of patriotism that is well deserved and fully warranted under God. Amen.

Games Industry Concept: Breaching The 64 Player Cap On Multiplayer Games

In my opinion the 64 player cap on multiplayer game servers mostly in the FPS genre is artificial. Set in place because its been done before and doesn't break new ground in software development costs. Be it set down on paper by the game publisher or the development studio with the limited resources they may have at their disposable.

If the Sony PlayStation 3 video game console now pushing around eight years old in hardware specs. Can have a game development studio of "Zipper Interactive" produce the FPS game called "Mag" (Massive Action Game). That provides a multiplayer game experience of 256 players in the FPS genre. Its because it can be done not just for video game consoles, but for PC's as well. Some game developers may cop out stating that the game could support higher number of players. But it wouldn't play right. Well the dirty little secret is they built the level map designs for only 32 or so players. That's why it won't play right to begin with from the start.

Aside from this minor rant on my part I digress and would like to provide a concept that can break new ground for game developers. That's if they have the resolve and vision to pursue the nearly decade long 64 player game server cap that has been self-imposed.

Take for instance how "Intel" the computer chip CPU maker first offered the "Duel Core" and than the "Quad Core" computer chips. I state this as a engineering barrier being broken by Intel where for decades prior it was always a mono core computer chip. Than someone or a group of computer architectural engineers came up with the simple but brilliant idea to stack the computer CPU chips.

My concept is nearly identical, why not stack several instances of a virtual 64 player game servers. Until 256 simultaneous gamers can be achieved in multiplayer game server. By Instances I mean like the instances we encounter as gamers in a MMO (Massively Multiplayer Online) game setting. Where if need be a zoning loading screen to cross between 64 player virtual instances if the restriction is needed. Albeit a seamless crossing from 64 player instance to the next virtual instance would be preferred in game play. Be it in a FPS or RPG genre such as a "Battlefield Franchise" game or a multiplayer "Never Winter Nights" D&D (Dungeon and Dragons) setting.

In so far the only place I've ever had the gaming pleasure to game in a FPS setting beyond the 64 player capacity. Is in the original "Planetside" MMOFPS offered by "Sony Online Entertainment". Which ironically is the same parent company that "Zipper Interactive" that provided the FPS game "Mag" for the PlayStation 3 via "Sony Computer Entertainment of America" game publisher. Not to frown on Sony, but are they the only game publisher to have the vision for gamers? To provide games that surpass the 64 player cap on multiplayer server games?

I hope not, since the leadership hasn't come from "Electronic Arts" nor from "Activision" the leading FPS genre of game publishers. I suspect it will be some Independent game studio that will take the world by storm by breaking such a barrier for the PC platform. Although technically the prize does belong to "Zipper Interactive" for the video game console of the PlayStation 3.

Its self explanatory to gamers what sheer enjoyment if the structure and game design features of a command and control. That is both fun and provoking within a 256 player game server would offer us all. If widely adopted I could envision game LAN's and game leagues alike becoming early users of such 256 player multiplayer servers. Besides the crop of game server rental vendors waiting to serve their customer base all to readily.

Just picture the single player campaign maps of "Battlefield: Bad Company 2" (By EA / DICE) each offering 32 player limit for the PC platform. (24 players on the game consoles). Eight such maps linked together via virtual instances to reach the 256 player capacity in game server multiplayer play all on "Rush or Conquest" Mode. If a game server doesn't become filled to capacity. Then only the X number of maps that are utilized where the rest are dormant until a minimum number of players login.

This can be done if only the leadership and vision was offered to gamers and the electronic games industry as a whole.

Electronic Industry Concept: "A 2D and 3D View Television Set"

Hello All,

How many of you remember those VCR (Video Cassette Recorder) and DVD (Digital Video Disc) combo players as the DVD format was first making its debut?

Now consider the recent market launch of the "Nintendo 3DS" portable gaming device. The above question and the "Nintendo 3DS" is what gave me the inspiration to come up with a television that is a bridge device. Between regular two dimensional Tv viewing we've been doing for decades. And a Tv set capable of switching to three dimensions or 3D on the fly by a touch of a remote control. The kicker is no wonky cumbersome 3D glasses are required following the proof of concept that Nintendo has provided with their 3DS portable gaming device.

The "Nintendo 3DS" requires no 3D glasses and by the pull of a lever it seamlessly converts to 3D and back to 2D viewing during game play. If a gamer prefers to keep the lever in-between both viewing modes they can without effecting game play whatsoever.

Keeping what I just explained above in mind. Consider a television set like that old VCR / DVD combo player I mentioned at the very top. As one media format (IE the VCR) joined at the hip to the next future iteration of technology such as the DVD format. Here we come full circle with a television capable of displaying both 2D and 3D without those annoying 3D glasses. All by the touch of your remote control. So if your watching regular television, a Blu-Ray disc movie, Pay Per View, or Video On-Demand. You can press your remote control like a maniac switching between 2D and 3D viewing formats if you like.

Those that do their web Internet surfing via the television. Like a "Web Tv" will be one of the first to experience the Net in full 3D interactions. Besides those that have a Home Media Center and connect to "Facebook" or "YouTube" through a capable 2D / 3D Tv set can do so.

Such a mixed mode in viewing dimensions of a television set will act like a societal training wheels electronic device. Prepping us old timers from the last vestiges of analog 2D television into the era of a true 3D television. Like I stated prior this is a Bridge Device where one generation bows out allowing the next one to take over. Of course those that refuse to adopt a stand alone 3D television without those wonky 3D glasses. Can still enjoy all the bells and whistles provided with a modern Tv set that caters to 3D. But all the while still enjoying the old fashioned 2D viewing format.

This type of television set is a no-brainer being indicative what has come before us in electronic technology and what is yet to come. Let's see who of the television manufacturers will come out of the gate first with such a model for consumers world-wide?

By the way I would call such a television set "The View". (No relation to the "Barbara Walters" talk show) Because of its capability to switch between views of 2D and 3D formats.

935) God(dess), as a creator of all known and unknown is a deity outside the confines of "Good and Evil" as a paradox. God's, majestic reign crosses both the mundane and the extraordinary. Beyond eternity and infinity, where simultaneously all of life and death is anew in the splendor of totality. Many choose to see God as the chief arbitrator disseminating justice to the good and punishment to the wicked. God(dess), is a creator of both truth and beauty revitalizing life through the cycles of all that is natural and artificial. The breath of life comes in many forms. Who amongst his creations is to deny another holy entity their truth of being. None, unless they be confused and foolish to pursue a path of lies.

Those who accept the "Will of God" do so by their inherent free divine will. It is a total acceptance, however it is the journey to a wonder that will take many lifetimes. As each life accepts the contract of their destiny once more. The pertinent discoveries of self shall continue and the blessings to follow will certainly unleash more glories upon the many that shall be restorative for all. Those who forsake the "Will of God" abandon their divinity on the table of life. They walk away from themselves not fully realizing the consequences of their choice. They may lament that life is unfair, but life is not meant to be fair in and of itself. It is meant for the lovers and the haters to discover their purpose. "Making Prayers & Dreams Come True"

1137) Making both prayers and dreams come true by a sincere manifestation. According to the precepts of benevolence for oneself and especially that of others is the "Will of God(dess)". To activate a prayer or a dream via visualization within the "Mind's Eye". Is to do so with surrender in your heart, for whatever is constructed by thought through the mind. Must also be surrendered by the spiritual heart within. However a descriptive prayer or a dream by visualization is not sufficient on its own articulation. One must add the power of an Unconditional "Love" into the blend through the hearts surrender with an inborn gratitude. Doing so invites automatically the God(dess) of Absolute Love to take hold with his / her Divine Angels as the Messengers of goodwill. With that notice out of the way. I would like the reader of this entry to at least Consider This Option as a probability that it is occurring.

Before I begin laying down my argument according to the subject title above. That the U.S. Navy has highly secretive classified stationary technology package in unmanned arrays or manned installations in underwater environs. May sound ridiculous to some and to others science fiction on my part. Do note I am not anti- U.S. Military. I have in this blog site over these past 5 years offered military technology as abstract conceptualizations as well.

What I am is pro-sea life that is defenseless against man made military or industrial sonar that is the kind of an acoustic bomb underwater. Be it to detect underwater vehicles or natural resources such as petroleum.

First, back in November 2008 the United States Supreme Court gave the U.S. Navy permission to use sonar technology. To the degree and that they can kill as in collateral damage any marine whales nearby carte blache.

Offered its own article back in October 6th 2008 stating the slaughter of marine life, mainly mammals over the decades. About the effects of naval sonar technology and that of "air guns" used for petroleum exploration on behalf of the oil industry.

So ruling out natural causes of predatory, disease, natural life cycles of marine life. Man made pollution that can trap and suffocate sea life such as plastics. Or man made run off into the ocean from coastal areas which depletes oxygen for marine life. Including any Naval sonar training exercises or military usage by maritime ships. Or that of the petroleum industry be it on vessels or oil rig platforms.

There is this other newer Option or Probability to consider such as stationary underwater Naval technological sonar equipment. Be it in a fixed unmanned array acting as a underwater listening post near coastlines. If not a manned underwater installation of some sort of configuration deploying sonar sweeps. Be it an underwater berthing station for submarines, or some other observation post for whatever aims in an submerged environment.

Since the 1960's scientists have been utilizing Underwater Habitats for research purposes. Even NASA has used such underwater habitats to train astronauts in vacuum sealed hostile environment.

Here is a list of past, present, and future (Atlantica Expedition, launching around July 2012) underwater habitats for both leisure (Jules Undersea Lodge in Key Largo, Florida) or science research.

Now if scientists can pull off smaller scale underwater habitats as a proof of concept implementation. Why couldn't the United States Navy with a yearly multi-billion dollar budget pull it off on a more sophisticated scale?

They can and most likely have already, but like all out of sight military technology and/or installations, "they are out of sight and out of mind". I don't blame the military for such a concealment doctrine since it keeps them alive and operating hopefully for our defense.

However the U.S. Navy be it near submerged coastal regions or out in deep sea environs have deployed stationary equipment or installations. That are interrupting the natural life cycles of marine life leading to mysterious mass deaths. At least mysterious to conservationists or environmentalists that have noted none of the usual indicators to cause such a bizarre die off of marine life.

Consumer Media Retailer Prediction & Concept: "NetFlix Has New Moves"

Today's business forecast regarding "NetFlix" is more of a given already in terms of a trend. Now that "Blockbuster" has been sold off in a bankruptcy auction to "Dish Network Corp" for a mere $320 million dollars. The days of the video rental bricks and mortar stores are over. Much the same way that "Best Buy" gained market share when its chief rival "Circuit City" collapsed. (Circuit City, is now a shadow of its former self as a E-Retailer online) So "NetFlix" and "Red Box" will now gobble up what "Blockbuster" has surrendered in market share via its consumer base.

I have two probable concepts that "NetFlix" could pursue to gain additional subscribers and thus market share.

First, "NetFlix" to partner via an agreement with any one of the major Hollywood movie studio's. To do a movie theater simultaneous Super Release of a AAA blockbuster movie across America. NetFlix, could agree to stream the super release film for a period of two weeks to its own subscribers. Where during this period "NetFlix" will be offering new and former subscribers sign-up member deals to increase its consumer base. NetFlix, could also offer sweepstakes and contests to its existing members. As an incentive to rent / stream such a AAA blockbuster super release featured film.

Yes, this may very well eat into movie box office revenue. But, it may very well indicate to the movie studios that consumer behavior in viewing such media is shifting. Be it to hand held devices to home entertainment systems that the viewing quality is just as good, if not better in some house holds than within a movie theater. Just as the video rental stores are mostly dinosaurs ala "Blockbuster". So it may be the case with movie theaters in regards as to how consumers wish to view media programming. Nonetheless, the movie studios and "NetFlix" will gain sufficient consumer demographic research if such a deal went through for both parties. NetFlix, for its part can offer such a AAA movie blockbuster super release in the regular 2D and the fancier 3D formats to its subscribers.

After the limited 2 week super release that "NetFlix" can secure from a movie studio. Only available by streaming and not the mail delivery of DVD's or Blu Ray discs. Which will only occur when the regular cycle begins many months later for a DVD / Blu Ray consumer retail release.

Second, "NetFlix" can expand its media programming catalog to include TV & Movies from Latin America. Particularly starting with Mexico, which is the Mecca for Latin American "Soap Opera's" worldwide. TV programming such as this will gain Hispanic eyeballs be it here in the United States. And, eventual market expansions into Central and South America. Ideally if a co-branding could occur with Mexico's "Unvision" TV channel. Which has TV stations across the United States chiefly the States of: Florida, Texas, California, and New York. That would be an additional boon in gaining access to their TV media catalogs of past or present TV programming.

The Hispanic audiences here in the United States will only continue to rise as a consumer demographic. Be it for generations of American Hispanics or others from abroad living here within the United States. Where if "NetFlix" began catering to them as well it will only gain subscribers and perhaps market share within Latin America.

Both of these concepts as noted above are potential directions that "NetFlix" could pursue. In order to expand its membership base of subscribers and to continue growing its market share favorably. Nonetheless "NetFlix" will continue gaining ground now that it has no equals amongst its rivals as it stands currently.

Nuclear Industry Safety Concept: Containment of Fukushima Daiichi Facility

Hello Readers,

Today I wanted to share some trends I foresee besides potentially creative approaches in order to contain the nuclear fallout from the Japanese "Fukushima Daiichi" facility.

(Do note: I am not an engineer nor related to any field of the nuclear power industry. I am a futurist and envisioneer as a hobbyist so my suggestions are only that at best.)

First off, the horror that is unfolding before the world community from the after effects of the Japanese earthquake Tsunami are apparent from mother nature herself. However now we're witnessing the man made disaster as a cascading effect not only for the Japanese, but potentially the radiological fallout world-wide.

Those 330 brave souls as the "Fukushima Daiichi" nuclear facility workers in my opinion have sacrificed their health viability for the long-term. In order to save their countrymen from perils that are even worse if these damage control measures were not instituted by them. If they're health lasts more than a decade without cancers and other forms of radiological poisoning I would be genuinely surprised.

I highly recommend that either TEPCO the utility company responsible for the facility. Or the Japanese government set up a healthcare fund for these 330 plus workers. Because one day Japanese citizens will remember them as their national heroes who sacrificed their lives and future for them. Similar as to how we Americans revere the "911 Victims" as national heroes. These Fukushima Daiichi facility workers will fall under the same historical limelight. As these 330 plus facility workers begin dying. I would hope that the Japanese government set up a fund similar to the 911 American victims fund for their surviving heirs. Be they spouses and especially children to receive akin to a hazard pay life insurance for the sacrifice endured.

The Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power facility consists of 6 reactor units. Reactors 1 through 4 are the highly unstable ones, where reactors 5 and 6 are mostly stable. The reason why reactors 5 and 6 are mostly stable is because before the earthquake these reactors were brought down for maintenance. Reactor 4 was in the mid way process of being brought offline when the earthquake and subsequent tsunami occurred. Reactors 1 through 3 are the most dicey to date and reactor 2 the most suspect. Each reactor has a trench tunnel system underneath for accessibility and such needs. Reactor 2 trench tunnel system somewhere along the line has developed a crack. Where coolant water is leaking out. The reason why the workers haven't been able to close the leak. Is because these trench tunnels are highly radioactive due to being so close to the reactor units. The workers did try pouring concrete to seal the leak, but it failed. Last I heard is they would try some sort of polymer material as a band aid instead.

As of the last couple of days April 4 & April 5th the facility workers have been dumping several tons of low level radioactive water into the ocean. So as to create capacity in their external storage tanks for the very high level radioactive water instead.

These are my suggestions as follows:

That the U.S. government loan the Japanese government military drones to monitor the direct aerial portion above the Fukushima Daiichi facility. Besides the current usage of satellite Imaging being employed. The American military drones can be outfitted with radiological sensor packages. Including aerial imaging be it night vision, still cameras, or live camera feeds as the drones fly over like high altitude vultures. This will avoid the need to jeopardize human piloted aircraft from radiological exposure above "Fukushima Daiichi".

My next suggestion is we've heard for the last 30 years or so of Japan's technological robotic wonders. My question is why haven't these robotic units that are pertinent to aiding the workers inaccessible area's of the facility been deployed?

I remember a few years back that "Honda" had a bi-pedal human operated robotic unit capable of mimicking human movement. By taking all these capable units by they "Honda" or other developers of robotics and sticking them into the radiological hazardous quarters of the facility. Loaded up with radiological sensors and other tools be they automated or human operated. Will minimize the need of endangering human lives within Fukushima Daiichi problematic areas, such as those trench tunnel lines under each reactor. The robotic engineers and designers can treat the facility as a live experiment hotbed. Much like America treats its military theaters of operations as experiments for technology in development.

This robotic unit suggestion is such a "No Brainer". I hope something like it is already being utilized for the workers.

My last suggestion is the most industrious taking a lot of engineering prowess to pull off. Right outside the "Fukushima Daiichi" facility along the coast their is a Harbor with an inlet with barrier jetty walls. My idea is to seal the opening of this harbor out at sea and divide it into two channel pools. One channel pool is where the facility workers will continue to dump radioactive water by the tons. Where a waiting empty super oil tanker ship will suck it up like a straw. Instead of dumping radioactive contaminated water into the ocean any further by jeopardizing the ocean eco-systems for the decades to come. The stored contaminated radioactive water upon these oil tankers can be taken elsewhere for processing its cargo holds.

The second channel pool from the now sealed off harbor will act as an intake pool of water to be sprayed onto the reactors. Since the facility workers have been spraying seawater and piped (trucked) in freshwater for all of the 6 reactor units. To maintain them cool and hopefully stable from melting down any further. As the intake channel pool reservoir seawater begins to become depleted. Another ship floating outside of the jetty sea barrier walls will siphon fresh seawater and deposit it into this intake pool. A third ship will also be a floating power plant station to the "Fukushima Daiichi" facility. Since the facility is having power generation difficulties because of being completely offline and now fully legally decommissioned.

These 3 ships will act as a stop gap measure until a permanent solution is put into place. Which is shipping in 3 Oil Rig Platforms" to be erected outside the sealed off harbor of the "Fukushima Daiichi" nuclear power plant. Each of these oil rig platforms will be configured to take over the roles of those 3 floating ships. One oil rig platform to become a permanent power generation plant. Another rig platform is be a pumping seawater station into the intake channel pool. This pumping station will also utilize desalination capabilities into the channel pool. Albeit there doesn't need to be 100% desalinated portable drinking water. Perhaps something more like 35% to 75% desalinated water will do instead. The reason why desalinated water will help. Is because when the initial seawater was sprayed into all of the reactors to keep them cool. It was a very desperate act that damaged the nuclear reactors that are only used to freshwater. The third and final oil rig platform will continue to extract the dumped radioactive water from the facility. Into awaiting emptied oil tanker ships for reprocessing at another location.

As the TEPCO utility company is more likely to be nationalized by the Japanese governement. Akin to a bailout and in order to manage this crisis better from their vantage point. Where eventually they may find a new owner and operator for the utility company. The current TEPCO President a "Mr. Masataka Shimizu" shortly after the news was getting bad. Had an incident of high blood pressure and checked himself into a hospital. My take is he did this as a strategic move to avoid the political heat coming down on his neck.

There has been rumors calling for "Mr. Masataka Shimizu" to be charged criminally for manslaughter. Because for the last decade or so the "Fukushima Daiichi" nuclear power facility has been falsifying its safety records to the governmental regulators. I say if the TEPCO is going to be nationalized by the Japanese government. They might as well extend those manslaughter charges beyond the President of TEPCO to include the entire board of directors as well. Since i'm guessing the TEPCO President had the consent of his actions however clandestine from the TEPCO board of directors.

Meanwhile the Japanese government is having their own version of a Meltdown due to political infighting. For the past 6 or so years there have nearly been that same number of revolving Prime Ministers in office. I suspect the current Prime Minister will also be forced out of office in kind. Although the Japanese people need stability right now from their elected and appointed officials now more than ever. Even if its just a symbolic brave face in these hard times facing their very noble nation.

1127) It has been written in the Biblical New Testament that "Jesus Christ" once stated that to enter the "Kingdom of God" one must be as innocent as a child in spirit. If God is a god of unconditional Love in majesty. Picture a newborn child gazing upon a common item with a sheer amazement as if they have witnessed the true face of God himself. I Imagine this must be how God gazes upon creation and all his children on a macro scale upon eternity. Such an absolute love like a newborn child's gaze is how God adores all of us through his "Holy Spirit". Who is to say that the classic old bearded man in the heavens sitting on a throne upon the sky. Isn't a child as the "God of God's" marveling his works through all of his children?

As we worship God with love and thanksgiving. He may very well be gazing upon us through the sheer Divine innocence of all the embodied children in our universe. How we care for the children, and our neighbor's children no matter the origin of the species. Is our sacred duty and gift back to God as he would care for us.
